ゴルフの前泊で利用しました。 高速インターから近く、佐野アウトレットから車で3分くらいです。 近くにはコンビニもあるので立地はいいと思います。 アメニティは最小限のものだけです。 お部屋にお水やコーヒー、ティーパックなどはないので 飲み物などは買って行かれるのをオススメします。 (一応自動販売機はありますが割高なので) 小さいですが大浴場がありゆっくり出来ました。

This was my second visit to this large onsen hotel, and I noticed that the staff’s English has improved, which we really appreciated. We were especially thankful that they prepared our futons with two layers, thanks to that, we had no trouble sleeping on the tatami this time. Our room was on the 11th floor, but unfortunately, there wasn’t much of a river view unless we stepped out onto the balcony and leaned over to look down. Instead, the view was of an old, closed-down, partially demolished hotel, which was a bit disappointing. Their rooftop onsen offered a beautiful mountain view, which made up for it to some extent. However, there were no bathing amenities such as shampoo and conditioner available there. It seems like they expect guests to experience the onsen on the first and another floor for showering and washing up. Their buffet offered a wide variety of food, but the steak was too tough, the sashimi felt soggy and the tempura wasn’t crispy at all

Splendid lobby on 13/F with best view in the town, convenient parking facility connecting to the hotel at a reasonable price ¥1,100 overnight, close to shops and train station, buffet breakfast with quality. Just need to ask for coffee set at reception, not provided in room and only have chopsticks in restaurant.

ラウンジがあることを知らずに行ったのですが、 お酒もお菓子も充実していて、 清潔感＆高級感もあり、クリスマスツリーもあって、 とってもリラックスして友人とおしゃべりを楽しむことができました！ 館内は全て清潔で、文句なしです！ お風呂も綺麗で広くて、2時間くらい露天風呂を楽しんじゃいました😆🫶🏻 お風呂上がりのドリンクも美味しいです。 とーっても贅沢に時間の流れるホテルでした。 山の景色も美しいです。 ありがとうございました❤️

The hotel is great! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with many facilities like karaoke, a game center, and more. I visited with my family, a total of 14 people, and they were able to arrange a private room for us for both dinner and breakfast. Both meals were buffet-style and absolutely delicious. The onsen experience was wonderful, and the view from the onsen was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the Kinugawa River. However, there was one issue: when we checked in, the reception took our passports for photocopying. Unfortunately, they missed returning one of the passports to us. It wasn’t until after we checked out and reached our next stop that we realized one passport was missing. We had to go back to the hotel to take it. Despite this, the overall experience was great, and I would still recommend the hotel.

Great experience at the Tobu Grande Hotel! It is ideally located, next to all of the cities main attraction and interesting points. Bus and metro stop is close by, as well as convenience stores. The room was more spacious and equiped as I initially thought, which was a pleasant surprise! The Grill Restaurant staff and food were also exceptional. Overall, I can only recomment staying at this hotel for a trip to Utsunomiya

酒店在溫泉中心街旁，雖然離鬼怒川溫泉站要走10分鐘左右，不過還是可以接受的。我們住在8樓，可以看見很漂亮的河景，雖然酒店有些年代了，不過空間很大，能感受到以往的輝煌。室外溫泉雖小，但對着鬼怒川，感覺很好。前台人員也很友好。值得一提的是它的自助晚餐，豐富極了，甚至還可以自製壽起燒！只是留了一晚，不過很舒適，只是房間廁所有些許尿騷味，其他都挺不錯。

A premium hotel & hotspring in kinugagawa onsen,this hotel also is famous all over japan, because of superb hotspring creation made by a big rock,very new & romantic interior design especially in the lobby,w/ an luxurios chandelier,the outside view is amazing,the famous fureai bridge in kinugawa & river is in the front ,very nice autumn view outside,the room is big,but don't have a telephone & dresser,the food is superb but if you want to drink alcohol,you need to reserve from the front desk during check-in.Intagramable view inside & outside,but don't go here by walking with baggage because of the high stairs in fureai bridge,there's a shuttle bus but you need to pay 300yen.Overall,you can feel the scenic views even you don't go outside,Thanks always Trip.com for very nice booking,more power & God bless always

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, though the quality could be improved slightly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future.

The buffet, public bath area, room, staff and etc. are all perfect!!! Especially the game center, swimming pool and the musical performance at the night. You can simply spend a few days in the resort! It is close to the attractions so the place is perfect!
