Excellent hotel with wonderful staffs. The hotel is situated just few minutes from Rinku Outlet and the train station. Once you enter the hotel, the ambience and atmosphere are very pleasant. Though it is close to tain station, hotel also provide free shuttle bus to airport and AEON Mall. The room size is huge compared to other hotels in Japan, can open two large suitcases at the same time. Cleanliness and quality is very good, can see the hotel managed very well. Nothing to complain. I need to make good comments on Front Desk staffs for their prompt response no matter via email or walk in person at the Front Desk. The story is the hotel using centralised conditioning, in which I cannot stand the heat though with the window opened, the next day when I I check out I informed them of the situation and they quickly solve the problem saying will arrange a electric fan on my upcoming visit coz I will return to stay for one more night after 14 days before my return home flight.

The hotel is very easy to find, located in Shinsekai right next to the metro station—perfect for traveling and finding great food. The room is clean with a nice window view. On the first floor, there are microwaves and a luggage scale, which are extremely useful. One minor caution: the bathroom floor near the bathtub is sloped and slippery, but it’s okay once you put the floor mat down. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

LUGGAGE STORAGE 💀 💕Overall the hotel is amazing! Near to 7/11 and Lawson. There’s an airport bus just 5minutes away. However, their luggage storage system, it says there’s free luggage storage but they only allow ONE baggage per person, if there’s 2 ppl in your room then 2 luggages. You can store your other luggages at the mall where the airport bus is, BUT Sundays the storage space is closed and we had to drag our luggages to somewhere else for a whole day….you should have written the one luggage per person instead of free luggage storage at the concierge so that people can plan accordingly.

This boutique hotel stands out amongst the older architecture in the vicinity. A nice boutique hotel with well maintained facilities. Room was big and spacious, with four huge beds for family of four. Quaintly designed, with a homely feeling. Location is fairly good, although off the grid of downtown Osaka, but fairly easy to get to by way of Metro, with nearest station just a 3 min walk away. Service is impeccable, rooms made up every two days with refresh of towels, water and toothbrushes daily. Very comfortable stay.

Everything was perfect except the room is too small! This was my 2nd time in this hotel and this time, the room size was smaller than the 1st time. It’s not much space to put your small luggage. But breakfast buffet was great and location is perfect for me!

Hinta on yksi halvimmista Umedan hotelleista. Sijainti on 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Osakan asemalta, 4 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä suuresta supermarketista ja 7 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä lähimmältä metroasemalta. Se on kävelymatkan päässä Osakan asemalta ja Umedan ostoskeskuksista, joten se sopii täydellisesti päiviin, jolloin sinun täytyy käydä ostoksilla, matkustaa muille alueille tai mennä lentokentälle. Tilat ovat juuri sitä mitä hinta antaa ymmärtää. Huone ja kylpyhuone ovat pieniä, mutta vesi on lämmintä ja tulee hyvin ulos. Lisäksi voit käyttää kahviautomaattia ilmaiseksi klo 14-24. Henkilökunta on erittäin ystävällistä ja jotkut heistä voivat puhua koreaa. Sinulta kuitenkin veloitetaan 500 jeniä per laukku, kun säilytät matkatavaroitasi uloskirjautumisen jälkeen. Tämä etu on erittäin valitettava. Tietenkin se on halvempaa kuin muut Osakan kaupungin matkatavarasäilytykset.

Hate to be blunt - but the room size is basically 2 capsule hotel pods side by side, with the convenience of a capsule washroom and bath. Cannot open a medium or large size suitcase anywhere in the suite unless you do it on your bed. Convenient location near most train stations and walking distance to Tsutenkaku - but if given the chance to do it again I would fork out a bit more to get a proper room.

Nice location, few mins walk from station, signboard id easy to identify, comfort room space, able to open 2 big luggages eventhough hotel itself is not modern design. Walkable distance to seacle and rinku premium outlet. Another direction which walkable to trial (24H big supermarket) and pharmacy.

I was thoroughly satisfied with the hotel's service and the clean, tidy rooms. On the second day, as I was unfamiliar with the address, the front desk staff not only took the initiative to print a map for me but also patiently gave me directions. Such thoughtful service left a deep and unforgettable impression on me.
