The staff was extremely nice and high service-mind, the location is very convenience. however the air condition in the room cannot control so it’s was over hearing at night while I had to open the window to cooler the temp then the noice from the road was louder at night from motor cycle ********.

I stayed at Yokohama Washington Sakuragicho for two nights at the end of my Japan autumn trip. The hotel is close to the JR line, only about a 5-minute walk, which makes it a convenient base for traveling around. The room size is standard for Japan, and choosing a room with a bay view is definitely worth it. The staff were professional and helped arrange an early-morning taxi to take me to YCAT, where I caught a bus to Haneda Airport—only about 30 minutes away by bus. Although the hotel is a bit outdated, it is very clean. I recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again when I return to Yokohama.

Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, very clean! We loved being able to take city walks, be so near bus stops and train stations. Highly recommend!

At the same time, it was also my first time staying alone in a hotel. Everything was fine, the information about the facilities are very clear in English & Japanese. Breakfast has a great value since you can try the local specialty whitebait bowl (Shirasu-don) & other things. I'm fully satisfied The room is very clean. The refrigerator will always on (even when you go out from the room) as long as you turn on the switch. I just hope that the air conditioner do that too. Pretty much understandable though since air conditioner drains so much electricity The only problem during my stay is the toilet. I had to flush like three times and aim the shower at the toilet for the feces to go down completely. Three times + shower help is crazy no matter how you look at it Also, i lost my 10.000 yen during the breakfast time and came back 2 hours after the checkout to check. They found it and handed it over to me without undergoing a long process I don't know about staff's english since i used japanese during the entire process. But i heard them speaking to another foreigner well. I'm in Fujisawa for my Seishun Buta Yarou's pilgrimage and the hotel pretty much helps accomodate it. It's close to Don quixote, which sells Seishun Buta Yarou merchandise in their 4th floor. It's also close to Fujisawa Station which allows you to transport easily for the pilgrimage. I recommend buying the Enoden one day pass for 800 yen if you want to cover all the spot. I'm a hotelman from Beppu myself (Only an intern actually) and this hotel helped me so much for my last blast before my internship ends, thank you!!

Great location near Chinatown, while not tall, had a good view of the harbour. The breakfast is two styles, but it is a no brainer to choose the Japanese style with the famous curry that all reviews rave about. A healthy salad bar with fresh juice and other drinks, felt very value for money getting the breakfast via Trip.com. Very tastefully furnished room with dark wood and a nice double bed. Overall a great experience.

The cleanliness needs to be improved. The yukata provided by the hotel has many hairs left on the clothes, which looks like the one left by the previous person. It‘s not just washed and changed! The same to the bedsheets .. hairs were seen ! It’s just disgusting Th location is closed to Chinatown within walking distance. Easily accessible to and from major attractions. Convenient store just below the hotel.

We stayed for three nights. The location is ok. The room size is ok for its price. The room and towels look clean. Enough towers and amenities The host had put some candies which is nice. There are detergents for the washing machine and there are pots for simple cooking. There is a table and chairs which are nice. I like all the instructions in booklets or on the wall for easy understanding.

Hotel is next door to Big camera. Few walk from station.Room is tiny but clean and well equip. Mikimoto brand for shampoo and soap.Front desk can speak english well and kindness.Breakfast is superb.five star

Good location close to the hon-Atsugi station and walking distance to the shuttle bus stop to Haneda airport

5-min walk from the station. 10 min from the castle and 15 min from the beach. Located at a quiet street and faced to the old historical like buildings which was the food plaza. Supermarkets and restaurants around. The hotel seemed quite new with 3 elevators. Room was not big but clean and had a good view of the castle. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. I stayed there for 4 nights. Some dishes were changed everyday. I even found 鱆魚燒 one day. Very surprised! It was definitely a cozy stay. I would surely stay here next time.
