Hotellit mukavuudella Aamiainen maassa Italia, provinssissa Lombardia

Very clean hotel. Rooms were clean and fresh. Comfortable mattress. Kind and friendly reception staff (beside departure day). Good location - close proximity to metro line 5. Cons: for the first night I have got smaller room than I booked, there was no heating working - temperature dropped to 17,5 Celsius in the room. I reported that to the reception and the only thing they could do that night was to give me blanket. Next day reception staff changed my room to the standard I booked (double bed) and with heating working. Sink was clogged and doors didn’t close - it was necessary to push them strong. Hotel haven’t proposed me any discount or complimentary service instead of that 12 pm (sharp) got phone call from reception to vacant the room (first time in my life I had sth. like that) - despite the fact a day before reception staff told me I can stay until 13… No complimentary water, coffee or slippers. I don’t have big expectations and usually make some concessions but that time I am rather disappointed.

Great hotel in terms of the cleanliness and design. Staff can be more helpful and friendly. No water available in the room though, would have been better if there were adequate amenities. Location is not super central and good enough to access Central Area with ample transportation means.

It is a good hotel, but the location is not really good because there is no public transportation except the shuttle from the hotel which charges 11 euros if I am not mistaken. There are only five restaurants around. This hotel is recommended to people who have a car because the place is very quiet.

The hotel is very big and little far from center and 15 minute walk from the Comasina yellow line metro station the breakfast was delicious it was beautiful hotel overall

A fabulous , clean and friendly hotel. We were greeted by Irena who was lovely and friendly during check in and made excellent recommendations of where we could have an evening meal and a drink. They had read our message about spending the night there celebrating a 60th birthday and had a fabulous room ready with a glass of fizz, chocolates and a scrolled birthday  message from the hotel staff which was really appreciated. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and delicious - I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, lovely hotel and friendly and caring staff.

I stayed for 4 nights. The hotel seems to be newly built, very modern not like those traditional hotels in Europe. It provides 2 bottles of water, 2 small shower gel and shampoos, and disposable slippers which seem not very common in europe given the environment consideration. Heating is good. There is a radiator in the toilet, making it warm and nice in the cold Feb. The shower holder is loosen, so the water splashed and a bit hard to control. Location is not bad, 15 minutes by walk from Milano Centrale, 10 minutes by walk from the subway Sondrio. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it convenient to transfer. The room is relatively good space for big suitcase. There is a safe in the room. The dining area is nice, though I didn’t take meals there. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming, apart from one guy on a night shift who was rude and ruined my good impression of the hotel. Overall, a nice place to stay for me who came to Milan for the first time and was not very familiar with the local as someone from China.

博爾扎諾性價比較高的酒店式公寓，衞生條件不錯，地理位置也好，距離考古博物館很近，老城區裏的景點都可以步行到達。

Tämä hotelli oli täydellinen! Ovation-hotelli sijaitsee aivan rautatieaseman ja metron vieressä, mikä teki Milanossa liikkumisesta melko helppoa. Hotellin löytäminen ei ollut myöskään vaikeaa. Huone oli siisti ja normaalin kokoinen, ja siinä oli kunnollinen queen size -vuode. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin ja piti meidät viileänä. Minijääkaappi oli myös mukava lisä. Huoneen sisustus oli moderni. Suihku toimi hyvin. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Vastaanotto jopa täytti pyyntöni saada vedenkeitin huoneeseeni. Siivoushenkilökunta oli myös ystävällistä. Epäröin hieman ostaa aamiaisbuffetia hintaan 18 euroa per henkilö, mutta kokeilimme sitä vierailumme ensimmäisenä päivänä ja olimme melko vaikuttuneita. Aamiaisbuffet oli herkullinen ja siinä oli paljon vaihtoehtoja, mukaan lukien kunnolla kypsennetty pekoni! Ostimme ylimääräisen päivän aamiaisbuffetista, koska nautimme siitä niin paljon. Kaiken kaikkiaan upea hotelli hintaansa nähden. Loistava vastine rahalle.

Good place. Nice service Big rooms and we'll equipped. A bit hard to find, the entrance at the moment is hidden behind temporary wal as some construction is Taking place there.
