I am very impressed with the hotel. Everything was really really good. Very friendly staff who were ever willing to help . I enjoyed the food like never before . to be honest how ever hard i try to find a fault with the food i would be a failure.

OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds. Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place! Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

Отличное расположение, первая линия океана! Люкс с балконом и видом на океан. Но номер давненько не видел ремонта или хотя бы генеральной уборки. Обивка мебели в пятнах, коврик у кровати грязный. На 5 заезд и даже на 4 совсем не тянет.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was spotless and cozy, and the service was outstanding. The staff made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. A great place to relax — I would happily come back again.

Krishnavalsam Regency is one of the decent hotels situated within walkable distance of well-known Sree Guruvayurappan temple. It is situated in the inner ring road and facing the North Nada of the Guruvayurappan temple. The hotel has a very clean atmosphere with sufficient parking facilities. The reception area of the hotel is spacious with enough sofas for waiting purposes. The interior décor was pleasant. The reception staff on duty extended a good hospitality to us during our entire stay. We were allotted a room in the second floor. The room was large and neat. The bath area was large enough and very clean. The linens, toiletries supplied were clean and apt. The tea/coffee making materials were up to the mark. The room had a good view from the window. There is a vegetarian restaurant in the ground floor adjacent to the reception area. The food supplied here were of good quality & tasty. However, the seating capacity in this restaurant is very limited. Many a times we had to wait for considerable time. The great advantage in the hotel was that you have to just walk out of the hotel, cross over to the lane opposite and walk a couple of minutes to reach the temple pond and the great east nada of Sree Guruvayurappan temple. We can reach the temple whenever we feel like visiting the temple. The Mummiyur temple is also within 500m of the location this hotel. Though we had a pleasant & comfortable stay here we also had a couple of bitter experiences to mention here: 1. The telephone provided inside the room was not art all working during our entire stay. This crated problems in reaching the reception, restaurants, house keeping etc for any assistances. Every time we had to climb down and do things. Both os us being senior citizens we had great difficulty because of this. Complaints made to the reception in this regard did not yield any result. 2. Frequent power failures were experienced during our stay. These shutdowns extended to more than two hours every time. Since our room was in the upper floor we could not climb up/down during this shut down as there is no standby power supply arrangement in this hotel. This hotel is well suited for pilgrims visiting Sree Guruvayurappan Temple. In short this hotel is good for families with the intention of visiting Guruvayurappan temple because of its proximity to the temple.

This is one of the best hotels that you can get in entire Kerala, let alone Munnar. Everything related to the hotel is EXCELLENT. Service, amenities, staff, food, location, cleanliness, room size, anything and everything is 10/10. We stayed in the standard room, which has a balcony overlooking the valley. The view is superb. Kudos to the hotel’s management, to make this an extremely memorable trip for us. Would definitely stay here, only, in case we go again to Munnar.

The hospitality was excellent and breakfast was sumptuous . They provided hot meals and it was the best. Different types of idly’s served was just awesome. Front office was caring and helpful and provided a very welcoming environment. Check in past midnight was fast and efficient . Rooms were large and the bed and pillow was of high quality . We were able to sleep within 5 mins. Aircon was clean and fresh.

Hotel was beautiful, expensive but worth the money.

Stayed at the hotel for a night, and it was a great experience. The staff is polite and friendly; always willing to help!  Highly recommend this hotel by the airport.

It's a well located and excellent property with good parking lot. The staff is polite, cooperative and was willing to sort out any issue. The room was clean and well maintained. The restaurant was well laid and the food was very tasty . Overall a pleasant stay.
