I found my one night stay at the Highlander Hotel to be very pleasant. My room was a generous double en suite and was spotless. As a solo traveller on a pedal bike I was pleased that there was a secure shed where I could leave my bike in confidence. The staff were very helpful over this and again when I reported that the tv wasn't receiving a signal. This was sorted very quickly with a new aerial cable. Breakfast was good, with plenty of fresh fruit and a choice of hot dishes. Great value and I'd certainly go back.

Cuillin Hills hotel was perfect example for best hotel and hospitality experience. The lady at reception was so friendly and welcoming. She even gave us the upgrade which we were not expecting after 10 hours of journey. The hotel was smelling so amazing loved it and the cleanliness was top notch. We enjoyed drinks near fireplace. Also the view in morning from our breakfast table was immensely beautiful. Highly recommend. If ever going to portree again would definitely book it.

Menen tähän hotelliin kävelylle Ben Nevis. Tämä hotelli ei ole kaukana, vain 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Hotelli on puhdas ja kylpyhuone hyvän tarjonnan lämmintä vettä. Näytä ikkunasta on kaunis. Hinta, joka on 2 makuisia illallisia ja buffet aamiainen on hyvä asia. Lisäksi elävä bändi yöllä on myös miellyttävä. Suosittelen tätä hotellia kaikille.

This is a genuinely nice hotel sat right on the banks of the River Ness and a few minutes walk from the center of Inverness. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast had a good range of choices and was delicious. The staff were polite and friendly and were very happy to fuss over my small child!

Service throughout our stay was freindly and Prompt, breakfast was very sizable with plenty options and was all quite fresh tasting. Rooms were clean and had all we needed in them, tv was showing it age and there was a strange smell in the corridor and into the door but that was the only faults we had. Very enjoyable and well recommended. Added point Young man at the desk for morning and when we checked in went above and beyond during our stay.

非常驚喜的酒店，在英國十幾天感覺最舒服的酒店！酒店在河邊，有自己獨立的花園和停車場，很安全便利，環境安靜、優美宜人！房間設施齊全，乾濕分離兩用非常方便合理，床品及毛巾都幹整潔舒適，提供一次性的拖鞋、牙刷、棉簽、剔須刀、梳子和針線包，這在英國的酒店是非常罕見的！每一位服務員都彬彬有禮，主動幫忙把行李送到房間，耐心帶我們去挑選喜歡的房間，餐食可口！各服務細節都非常細緻周到！感覺非常棒，又讓酒店安排了一晚在一樓可以走出陽台的房間，享受着綠草如茵，參天大樹，小鳥鳴叫的大自然的味道，還在草地上發現了野生大靈芝，非常愝意！以後來蘇格蘭高地肯定會再次入住！

I always try to stay here on my trips to Inverness. Friendly staff, literally seconds from the train station entrance. Room warm with all the amenities you need and a huge bath with hot water all day. Super comfy bed and fine bed linen. Hotel combines traditional Scottish character, tartan carpets, stag heads that sort of thing, with modern touches, displays of modern art etc. Great lounge to use at reception.

Our stay was lovely. We liked the novel idea of staying in someplace that is technically a castle. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. They didn't offer the info to us when we arrived, but we ended up walking ourselves around the hotel and found the reception desk person giving another couple a tour of the hotel and telling them the history -- I'd have been disappointed to have missed this, but I'm glad we got the info regardless that it wasn't offered to us. Had dinner and drinks in the Green Lady Lounge which was nice and had good food.

The hotel location was good, very near town centre and close by to a multiple levels car park with electric car charging options, 24 hours was only £9.00.  Food menu wasn’t big but nice food overall.

在高地的行程中選擇了尼斯湖附近的酒店，入住時下着毛毛細雨天色漸暗，司機按照導航差點開到了隔壁民居，看似也不是第一次碰到，友情地告訴我們去酒店的方向。在黑暗的小道上很快看到燈光，英式鄉村別墅映入眼簾，酒店前台不大，前廳的壁爐的火燒得通紅，暖暖的一掃陰霾。房間是主樓邊單獨的一幢農舍，踏着沙沙的石子小路，打開房門，燈火通明房間温度也是暖暖的，好似回到家裡。 清晨推開門，清新空氣撲面而來，晨曦霞光萬道，看着遠處翠綠的山，一切都是靜謐的。早餐一定是英式風格，單點一份現做的英式鄉村全餐或者班尼迪克都是不錯的選擇。不夠可以再來點自助的餐點。或羊角麪包或芝士或水果。衹是遊客總是那麼的匆忙，吃完早餐又在路上了～
