Check in was easy and the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and cool. Lovely bathroom with quality shower gel and shampoo provided. I had several hours to myself so I made use of the gym, great equipment and all very clean. Good swimming area, very busy on a Saturday afternoon. Enjoyed the sauna and steam room. Had curry in the bar which I thought was overpriced. We had a great, comfortable night’s sleep followed by a delicious breakfast with lots of choice.

Our first room stunk of cigarettes, the staff were very quick to change , our second room very nice, beds were lovely and clean but must of the fixtures and fittings was quite dusty and grimmy,for a hotel of this standard we was very disappointed and will not be returning.

It was a beautiful hotel with a very affordable price . It had a nice bathroom with a good size and was extremely spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend to as many people as possible.

This hotel was the best went to check in had booked double room got upgraded to a family room and as soon as we got to the room we had trouble finding out how to open the door with the card. Yes me and my mum had 1 of them Richard Gere from Pretty Woman moments haha but once got in the room we was impressed was so clean and tidy it had a mini fridge under the TV everything was accessible staff was so kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend to others who was passing through the area to stop was no noise from the motorway traffic and eateries on the motorway services was right next door. Didnt book in for breakfast as was leaving early next morning. 20/10 top marks very happy customer. Big shout out to tariek

Kaunis hotelli, huone oli hyvin tilava ja hyvin puhdas, henkilöstö oli erittäin ystävällinen ja apua. Haluaisin ehdottomasti suositella tätä hotellia. Lähikauppojen ja junaaseman. Katsotaan varata oleskelu uudelleen tässä hotellissa.

Hotelli sijaitsee rautatieaseman vieressä, tarjoaa peruspalveluja oleskeluun. Huone oli puhdistettu, mutta matto hissialueella ja käytävä antoi hajua. aamiainen oli hyvä monia kasvisvaihtoehtoja myös.

A pretty well situated hotel, although next to the hospital so ambulances running all night if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise it is a short walk to everything.
The staff were awesome, super polite and accommodating. The rooms were well thought out with in built desks in the back of headboards and a small fridge for personal use. The thoughtful touches were fantastic and the bathroom products were top tier.
There were two complimentary cans of water in the fridge, hot chocolate sachets and tea and coffee in the room.
The shower was amazing with a waterfall feature and detachable shower head too.

Loved this hotel was so reasonably priced was really pleasantly surprised beautiful clean room hot water was piping so was able to have lovely bath .. went on a freezing cold evening in feb but the heating was on the whole time was very hot and cozy .. lovely hotel would definitely recommend.. breakfast and all the staff excellent

HHolywindI had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service from the staff. The check-in process was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a spacious and beautifully decorated room.
The room itself was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly soft, and I slept like a baby every night. The bathroom was luxurious, with high-quality toiletries and a rainfall shower that was pure bliss.
The hotel facilities were equally impressive. I enjoyed the stunning rooftop pool, which offered breathtaking views of the city, and the fitness center was well-equipped and spotless. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals – I highly recommend the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh, tasty options.
What truly set this hotel apart was the level of service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. They were always available to offer recommendations for local attractions, arrange transportation, or fulfill any special requests.
The location was ideal as well – conveniently situated near top attractions, shopping, and public transportation.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is the perfect place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to the area. Five stars all the way!

KKelv69Great hotel. Close by to the motorway meant convenient but quiet. The spa facilities were excellent. The steam room was very effective, which isn't always the case in many hotels, even shortly after opening first thing in the morning it was up to temperature.
Room was clean and comfortable.
As for the restaurant, I'm still wondering when the potato shortage started in this country! My fish and chips could have done with some more chips. There were so few they were able to hide them all under the piece of fish! That's a shame as the food was really nice.
Would definitely stay again and will look out for Leonardo again in future as a previous stay somewhere else was really nice.

RRosie ❤️Tällainen kaunis hotelli. Henkilöstö on erittäin tervetullut. Kaikki ovat valmiita auttamaan. Hotelli itse on hyvin puhdas. Meillä oli varmasti hyvin mukava hyvä yö uni. Aamiainen oli hyvä. Rakastimme vapaa-ajan tiloja.
Jacuzzi oli suosikkimme, veden lämpötila wS kuin on mukavaa kuumaa kylpyä! Se oli hämmästyttävää. Se oli paras, jonka olen nähnyt. Lisäksi se oli erittäin hyvä koko.. Uima-allas oli liian kylmä mennä sisään. Olen syöpäpotilas, en voi mennä kylmään veteen. Se oli ainoa negatiivinen point.bi olisi halunnut mennä uimaan. höyryhuone ja sauna olivat hyviä. Huomasin myös, että oli hyvä kuntosali, mutta en mennyt sinne.
Siellä oli kaunis huone hiljainen, jossa on paljon sohveja ja kahvia ympäri rentoutua tai työtä. Lisäksi tietokone Internetin ja tulostin meidän käyttö, joka oli todella hyvä työvieraille. Varasin tämän hotellin yöpymisen äidilleni ja itselleni hieman rentouttavana ja se oli täydellinen.
Varaamme varmasti tämän tulevaisuudessa fir jy koko perhe, koska me todella nautimme siitä.

PPetchPerfectThe location is fantastic! 10 minute walking distance to the theatres and shopping areas.
The facade is clean and appealing and on entering the building, the bar/restaurant area really provides a wow factor.
I had a double room which were two single beds pushed together, so there was no room to stretch out.
The kitchenette doesn't come with washing up liquid or a sponge, so I was a little confused as to how I was supposed to clean up.
The toilet was lovely, but having lifted the toilet seat, the toilet bowl was filled with yellow liquid. Easily solved with flushing.
The shower was glorious I didn't want to get out.
The rooms are not sound proofed so if you are a light sleeper like me, make sure you take your ear plugs.
On the whole I paid £80 for the room on Trip, other sites were charging £140 so I do think I got a good deal. I paid for what I got.

VVieraskäyttäjäTo customer service. My partner and l stayed at the Bosworth Hall hotel whilst travelling north for an overnight stay to break our journey and get refreshed to continue our journey. Sadly although the staff were amicable and the site was good we got very little sleep as there was hard noise through the night and early morning. This was acceptable but the bathroom facilities were unacceptable. There was very little water pressure so we could not shower and when inspected the pipe had obviously been faulty and leaking prior to our visit but the pipe had been wrapped with electrical insulation tape and the pressure reduced so it didn,t blow the tape off when used. It was a poor advert for a high class hotel. I attach a photo of the pipe. Also l expect you to make recompense to me. Regards Jacob Thomlinson.

I stayed here for one night due to its proximity to the airport. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are fairly basic, but this is a Holiday Inn Express, not a luxury hotel. The bed was comfortable and there was a hairdryer, kettle, iron and a few other features in the room. Wifi was fast and stable which is a big plus. The food is the restaurant was fairly decent and it was certainly quite busy the evening I was there. Breakfast is included for all rooms and there were plenty of hot and cold options with juices and coffees etc. OK it won't win any Michelin stars, but I was happy for the price. The hotel is around a 10 minute walk to the terminal or there is a bus stop right outside which gets there in a few minutes.

I had read reviews that the place was dated, but my bathroom door had literally fallen off its hinges. You can overlook a bit of dated decor, but my room was absolutely filthy. You could see the dirty and dust build up on furniture like the armchair, someone’s sock was in the fireplace, cobwebs and spiders in corners and under furniture, ***** on the loo seat and black mould and mildew in the bathroom. I even saw silverfish running across the bed!
Bedroom amenities were very minimal also, but the cherry on the cake was having to listen to the bar staff discussing vomiting and diarrhoea while waiting for my dinner.
Such a shame as the location is lovely.

VVieraskäyttäjäGreat location & fab gardens,hotel inside is dated & needs a make over,our room was basic,bed comfy,black mould on bathroom mastic & cracked tiles in shower area,stained tiles in ceiling area,patio doors to outside,but on opening in the morning,was greeted by a white transit van right outside doors & the wedding planners for the next wedding going back & forth,so couldn’t even have the curtains open,great full English breakfast options,but food had clearly been kept warm for quite a while,no plates,no tea bags,had to ask,tables hadn’t been cleared of dirty plates,glasses,mugs,etc & no staff to be seen,so had to clear our own table,staff all looked miserable & when they did appear,not one of them spoke to us!
