Ubicación perfecta en el centro. Cercano a la zona comercial y de ocio en el Barrio Húmedo. Habitación amplia, limpia y con ventana exterior. Atención perfecta por parte del personal. Se agradece el check out a las 12:00.
Una única pega, la mampara y la ducha en general requieren un poco de mantenimiento y limpieza.
Por lo demás, hotel recomendable.

El Parador es una estructura hotelera de primer nivel con una situación excelente.
Pero al no tener nada mas que personal de admisión, se echa de menos unos carritos para trasporte de equipaje, dadas las distancias a las habitaciones existentes.
Se echa de menos la existencia de un punto informatizado con al menos dos ordenadores conectados a internet que puedan cubrir las incidencias de trabajo o comunicación que pueda tener algún huésped.
La cafeteria tiene mucho que mejorar en rapidez de atención, temperatura y ejecución de los platos. los sándwiches con un contenido correcto llegan fríos y con el pan a medio tostar.
Es fácil de resolver.
Y hay que poner una TV actualizada y de gran tamaño y calidad de sonido, la mayoría de las veces que se llena la cafeteria coincide con la retrasmisión de un evento deportivo y ya no se puede ver en una TV como la actual.
No es de recibo que no se pueda pagar una factura del Bar mediante la utilización de las diferentes tarjetas de los clientes con las cantidades fraccionadas que decidan. Es una facilidad para pago compartido que ya es practica habitual en cualquier establecimiento.

La ubicación esta muy bien, el hotel se nota que es antiguo pero deberían conservarlo mejor.
El desayuno por ser buffet pésimo y menos mal que nos incluía en el precio porque pagar 12€ no lo vale .

我們是自駕遊，停車免費（停在酒店門口的路邊），房間寬敞，設施齊全，乾淨整潔。但是沒有牙刷牙膏，這個無所謂。關鍵是價格便宜，性價比極高。對於開車的朋友來説方便划算，離古城阿維拉很近，離塞戈維亞不到一個小時路程，值得推薦。

Lugar tranquilo alejado de la ciudad, personal amable, aparcamiento en el mismo hotel pagando aparte, buffet del desayuno variado, quizás no tanto como en otros hoteles pero en general bien.

El hotel está muy bien situado y muy nuevo. La entrada con las llaves virtuales súper sencilla. Venía con todas las necesidades. El único problemilla fue que la calefacción no se podía regular, iba a venir un técnico a la mañana siguiente pero dijimos que lo, por lo que la atención del personal muy buena.

VVieraskäyttäjäFirstly this hotel is fabulous because of its location on a hill. Potentially you would need transport if you intend on going into Segovia (taxis are few and far between) Segovia centre is definitely worth a trip. The views from the hotel are breathtaking day and night. We walked into Segovia centre it takes about 50 miles and it's about 3.5 miles one way. The Staff are extremely friendly and some speak very good English. It's a hidden gem. The Pool area is well maintained with a life guard. Sun loungers and static parasols readily available. We were on a half board basis and I truly recommend it. The breakfast had ample choice and cooked was available at an additional charge. Even dinner was exceptional I can highly recommend the salmon the hake and the tuna salad as well as the chocolate pud. I didn't find the local spirits / drinks or wine and beer overly expensive. We stayed for 2 nights but I could easily have stayed a few days longer to totally relax. The Weather was extremely hot during our stay 33 degrees and we had the most wonderful downpour of rain whilst sipping wine on the terrace of which there are a few but not all open because it's early in the season. My only issue was dinner at 9pm for us it was a little late. Remember to reserve a table as the check-in desk doesn't seem to tell guests who are checking in. However you could have bought lunch from 1.30pm cafe/bar area or paid for a reservation at the restaurant. The Pool area provide towels but you must have the (towel card) with you to collect these from the pool attendant the card is provided by hotel reception.

VVieraskäyttäjäThis hotel is in a beautiful and quiet area in Valle de Sedano, near a waterfall. The hotel itself is quaint and rustic. The staff are very nice and friendly. The younger staff, the young men, speak English, which is really appreciated as it’s not always the case in Spain, and not all of us speak Spanish. The room we were given was a bit smaller than the photos, but still comfortable. The ceilings are low on the top floors, so watch your head.
The only thing I can say negative about this hotel is that there is no parking possible nearby as it it up on a hill with very narrow uphill streets to get there. You have to leave your car at the bottom of the hill outside the village and climb up by foot to the top. Yes, their website stipulates this but not on the Trip.com website. As my husband is a civil handicapped person, we were exceptionally able to arrange to leave our car near the hotel for our short stay, but it was REALLY exceptional. If you are handicapped or mobility reduced, you shouldn’t stay there, unfortunately. Anyway, the drive up to and down from the hotel on those unbelievably narrow maze of streets is really too stressful. I don’t recommend it. But if you are otherwise young and fit, I highly recommend it. It’s peaceful, beautiful, amazing scenery, good food and friendly staff.

Beds and rooms are clean and good quality. Everything is within 10 minutes walk with some very good restaurants a few minutes away.

And close to an area where you can eat the famous pinchos morunos, patatas mixtas and other typical tapas. On the ground floor there is a café and restaurant where breakfast is served for a separate price. Perfect attention from the people at reception, clean and tidy room, comfortable mattress. It includes a smart TV, a small refrigerator, a desk with a kettle, infusions and coffee sachets. Classic bathroom from the 90s, all marble, bathtub and bidet. Only one major complaint, this hotel cannot be four star today, maybe in the 80s/90s. Punched card to enter the room, errors in the flooring and a blind unworthy of a 4-star hotel. Yes, the price is on par with those 4 stars. The fault is not with the workers who were perfect, it is with the business group that runs the hotel, because with two stars it would be a more realistic category

This is a stunning hotel in the heart of Burgos, opposite of the incredible cathedral.
The breakfast area looks like it's a former church. Absolutely beautiful!
The good:
- Spacious room.
- Dogs welcome.
-Organic (and delicious) coffee and tea in the room (Nespresso capsules).
-Breakfast very rich and a lot of choices.
-Underground parking at 20€/night.
The bad:
-35€ for the dogs per night, might be the most expensive I've ever paid for them.
-I had an unpleasant experience with the man working at the breakfast area. He came up to my table and spoke fast and a lot. I understand some Spanish but it was too much. He saw that I didn't understand and said “no comprende” and left. Very rude!
By observing the other tables I understood that he was asking if I wanted to order something from the kitchenand listed all the different options. It would have been nice to do that!

孩子要加25歐一位，可是孩子們喜歡極了這裏。
請選擇高一級的房型，最便宜的房間在外圍樓下，我們現場補差升級到了庭院樓上，房間好太多太多了。
晚餐也是可圈可點，小童菜單特別優惠，桑特利亞好喝，不怕在這裏吃不到好吃的。
前台女士幫助了我們太多，其他服務人員也是態度很好。

I really enjoyed my stay at NH Hotel in León. At first, I was a bit disappointed to get a room with a city view instead of the main square. But it turned out to be a good thing — the square is full of bars and restaurants, so it gets very loud until late at night. Also, the square was under construction, so I was actually happy to avoid the noise and mess.
The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. There were a few hairs in the shower, but overall, everything felt tidy. I loved the small details — like the nice selection of teas (4 different flavors!).
The hotel’s location is perfect — right in the city center, which makes it easy to explore León on foot. A big bonus was the secure parking right inside the hotel — very convenient if you're traveling by car.
Would definitely stay here again!

VVieraskäyttäjäThere is plenty of car parking spaces on the hotel grounds. The staff were friendly, helpful and could speak very good English which was very used as we do not speak Spanish! The hotel is a beautiful old building which had been modernised with consideration. Our room was extremely clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was adequate for our one night stay. The TV only had a news channel availing English, and the TV was an older style so we could not plug in any additional technology. We ate dinner in the restaurant as it would have been too long a walk in the rain. The food was reasonable and the house wine was very good. The cost of the meal though was very over priced. I would stay here again but maybe not have a meal in the restaurant due only to the price. The restaurant staff were lovely.
