Beautiful resort, stylish and relaxing. I had a front pool room and was perfect apart they don’t have queen or king size bedrooms.
I slept very bad, the 2 single beds (not even attached to each other) and pillows are very uncomfortable.
Hope they’ll invest in comfort , I would definitely come back.

Rakastimme näkymiä ja palveluita. Huone oli tilava ja sieltä oli näköala, ja suurella, ihanalla terassilla oli pyykkinaru ja kaikkea. Huolellisiin yksityiskohtiin kuuluivat tee ja kahvi, sokeri, kupit ja pieni pesuallas sienellä, saippualla ja kaikilla tarvittavilla tavaroilla. Sänky oli erittäin mukava ja siinä oli jopa kaksi tyynyä, molemmat mukavat. Vaikka sviitissä tulisi ihanteellisesti olla kylpyamme ja parivuode.
Kylpylä on ilmainen eikä vaadi varausta. Ilmainen kadunvarsipysäköinti on helposti saatavilla aivan oven ulkopuolella.

Paradise in the Parador on ElHierro. Lovely modern hotel in quiet location. I have been travelling on foot and bus on ElHierro for 2 weeks. This is the best Hotel on the Island.

L’albergo è al centro della città, la camera matrimoniale assegnataci 409 é piccola con letto matrimoniale materasso con le molle, un solo comodino, spazio ridotto, armadio in miniatura. Il bagno ampio con vasca acqua calda con lo scaldabagno elettrico giusto per una doccia la seconda persona si deve fare la doccia con l’acqua fredda. Siamo stati tre notti e il secondo giorno siamo usciti la mattina presto e rientrati verso le 16 e non ci hanno rifatto la camera.

La Palma es la isla Canaria más verde y más bonita de ahí que se le denomine la isla bonita. Tiene una flora variada y su clima és primavera/verano durante todo el año. Lugares interesantes?, muchos desde sus playas , cascadas, bosques. De laurisilva, producción, destilería de Ron canario, molinos de gofio, y lo mejor su gente. el parador es fanatàstico pues es un edificación típica palmera con su patio interior, donde hay microclima primavera, terrazas , restaurante frente al mar con vistas. L punta de Santa CruZ de la P y unos jardines muy bien cuidados con cascada, estanque, dragos palmera afrente al mar. .
El servicio no se puede pedir más. Repetiremos .

Friendly service, always helpful. Breakfast was tasty and with lots of choices. You need mostly a taxi to truly move around, but that's not a big issue, in my opinion. Spacious rooms with nice balcony and the pool was great.

The hotel is modern and well located across from the (closed) beach. Reception and all other staff are pleasant and helpful. My room was clean, large and airy with a small balcony over a side street - table, 2 chairs and an extendable clothes rail. Bathroom equally clean and spacious, the shower area huge, the water hot, tissues replaced daily.
Breakfast was a good mix for all tastes, items replenished as necessary. I tried the buffet one evening and found that fairly dreadful, apart from the salad bar. Fortunately there are lots of places locally for decent food.

VVieraskäyttäjäMy 14 year old daughter and I stayed for 4 nights on a tight budget and it exceeded our expectations. This is a 2 star hotel so there are no luxuries but it was spotlessly clean and has a great pool. Yes it's up a hill but there is a public bus stop right outside and another a couple of minutes away which we used to get to Siam park and Monkey Park. We did however walk back from town a couple times and it honestly wasn't that bad.
We were self catering but did go to the buffet 1 night. There wasn't a big selection and it was basic but it did the job. There were burgers, hotdogs, pizza and chips at the pool bar which actually looked quite nice. We had an issue with our fridge which was leaking but I reported this to reception and they took care of it. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
My only real complaints were;
the noise from upstairs guests. Whilst the selfishness of others is not the hotels fault, the doors close really noisily and it rattles through the building. As there are no floor furnishings children running around at midnight literally sounds like a herd of elephants!!
There is an oven but it doesn't work. The rack has been removed and there are no trays leading me to believe it wasn't just faulty. However, I didn't speak to reception about it so I might be mistaken. Ultimately if these are my only complaints then that's not bad really!
I am a professional person and have travelled to many countries and stayed in 5 star hotels. Would I stay here again? On a budget, absolutely. Its a bit rough round the edges with some cracked tiles in public areas and chips in the bathroom enamel etc but I'm not one to let these things ruin my holiday. As long as you have realistic expectations, you won't be disappointed.

VVieraskäyttäjäLovely hotel at a very good location. Modern, nicely decorated for Christmas. Polite staff, good choice for breakfast and dinner. Christmas dinner was something out of this world( been to many hotels, but Xmas dinner now will be hard to match). Not sure if it is always like this but we were the youngest in the hotel(43&47)during the first part of holidays and only later some other younger people joined us. The average age was 60's 😁 This hotel is not orientated to children but for us it was perfect- no screaming and shouting and our girl had fun in the pool by
Herself and her cousin🤣 I wanted to book Spring Hotel Bitacora at first but now I am thinking that I made an excellent choice . That said, I might try it out next time just because of the All nclusive service Bitacora provides. It was a nice quiet stay so if you expect something like Turkey, eith music around the pool, kids disco and shows, this hotel is not for you. We were half board and 4 days we ate at the pool bar and were never disappointed. Good food and reasonable prices. We didn't book UP option because we were with the kids( it's for 18+)but if I ever come without them- I will try it out!

The tiles in the pool (mosaic) need replacement. My daughter filled probably half of the carrier bag from the bottom saw of the pool🤣

EEvieDarrellxOlen yleisesti ottaen hyvin iloinen siitä, mitä maksoin (vain yli 200 puntaa viiden päivän ajan, kaikki mukaan lukien).
Henkilöstö ei ollut aina ystävällisin ja huomasin animaatioryhmän puhuvan vain tiettyjen vieraiden kanssa eikä vuorovaikuttelevan niin paljon muiden kanssa. Tämä ei kuitenkaan haitannut minua henkilökohtaisesti.
Teemallinen ravintola on erinomainen, ja taksit ovat hyvä kosketus! Vain huomattavaa teemallinen ravintola vaikka on varaus on 8:30pm, ja he sammuivat valot ja rohkaisivat meitä ulos 9:25. Toinen pari oli tullut ja istunut ruokansa kanssa, ja heitä pyydettiin siirtymään toiseen ravintolaan, jonka he tekivät, ja minä oletin, että he ottavat ruokansa, kun he olivat laittaa. Sen sijaan kattila kaatoi kaikki levynsä lautaselle, joka näytti todelliseksi häpeäksi ja ruokajätettä, ja nostoi muutaman silmäkuoren. (Restaurantti oli vain noin 25% täynnä eikä muita varauksia, joten he eivät olleet avaruutta).
Ruoka kokonaisuudessaan on enemmän kuin OK maksettu hinta, vaikka toistaa. Juomien valinnat olivat hyviä - toivon vain, että kupit olivat suurempia erityisesti pehmeitä juomia, joten sinun ei tarvitse täyttää niin usein.
Minulle annettiin viivytyksetön maksuton tarkistus, joka oli hyvä.
Käytävät ja ulkopuolella ovat hyvin kovaa kunnes myöhä - tämä ei taas haitannut henkilökohtaisesti, koska taistelen nukkua silti.
Enemmän kuin onnellinen siitä, mitä maksoin, mutta jos maksaisin huippukauden hinnat ajattelisin hieman enemmän

VVieraskäyttäjäThis is a beautiful atmospheric hotel with a beautiful location and the rooms have wonderful views over the mountains. Worth booking for this alone- you won't regret it!
I have graded as 4 star not 5 because there was no wifi in our room and sometimes no 4G either meaning we had to sit in the lobby to do admin. Also the bath didn't work properly and there was not enough hot water for a bath on either of the occasions we tried. To be fair we didn't raise this as an issue.
The meal in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was also excellent and we used an Amigo voucher to get it free on one day. Breakfast was very expensive though so we didn't have one again which was inconvenient because of the hotel's location and lack of food to buy elsewhere. There seemed to be alcohol on offer for breakfast- maybe remove this and keep prices down!
The spa looked lovely but we couldn't justify the extra cost of it. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Overall we had a fantastic stay and were very pleased with the facilities. Offering cheaper breakfasts and spa entry would turn a great experience into an absolutely amazing one.

LLauris.little.worldAbsolutely stunning hotel! It literally took my breath away when I walked in. The staff are all amazing and so friendly. The rooms and the grounds are incredibly clean. The pools are stunning (there are busier and quieter ones so no lack of options at all). The beach and shops are a few minutes walk away. The food is spectacular! There’s something for everyone: shows, sports, pools, shopping. I just can’t give this resort enough praise!! We will definitely be back.

Pool table for older kids and small playground for toddlers onsite.
Very clean complex and friendly staff. Fully equipped kitchenette and lovely powerful shower in bathroom which I loved!
Close to lots of shops and restaurants, but relatively steep stroll downhill to beach, fine for us but could be a workout with buggy or if any mobility issues. There was on street parking outside if hiring a car. Lots of taxis around if not! We enjoyed exploring the local areas on foot after a day of sightseeing…some great restaurants close by in the old town.
No air con in the apartment that we could see (but we didn’t ask either as we stated at end January so 24 Celsius and pleasant indoors and out) - recommend checking if going at peak times.
Pools weren’t heated but nice for a dip- clean and lifeguards on duty at both between 9:30 and 6pm.
Relaxing short break at lovely complex, we’ll be back!

It is very clean, staff are friendly and happy to help. where we had fridge and kettle need to have double plug, they was quick and gave me a extension lead to use both together. it a shame bar inside not opened as we had windy nights and we was sat pool bar with patio heaters on which i didnt do.
Lovely that in your accommodation you are told about put your towels down around the pool, that they get removed if not being used so no blocking sunbeds.
could do with some paperwork for you to keep on your visit on what time you choice for meals and also what time snacks available on the all inclusive.
It a lovely touch that you get a towel for you to use at the pool i not been to hotel that gives you them..
Food is good for a 3star only thing would be a problem in higher season is only 1 toaster in dining room.
I full enjoyed my stay here. I would stay here again..

VVieraskäyttäjäWe arrived just as the hotel was subject to a power cut. The young guy receptionist took us to the room as our door keys would not work due to the electricity outage. The electricity came back on in reception about 5 minutes later but someone had to go room to room to reset each rooms supply. Some 2 hours later after having sat in the dark unable to unpack and several tracks to reception and being told we were priority we gave up and went out to dinner in the clothes we travelled in after a 4 hour 30 minutes flight. Other hotels were affected in the same street apparently.
Once this issue was sorted by the time we got back from dinner everything was great. Lovely breakfast, lovely room with Molton Brown shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and lotion. Lovely pool and no issue getting sun beds. Short walk to the beach and dunes but a lot of steps up and down. Also 10 minute walk to Yumbo shopping centre which had everything you needed from great shops to excellent restaurants and bars. Great place for LGBTQ to meet up and great place to people watch.
