Minus 1. Rook 316. Air conditioner not working. Remote screen broken and cannot see control panel. Couldn't change to another room as hotel was full. Had to sleep in room with fan only. 2. Fan didn't seem to work at first but staff managed to repair it. Working fan made loud noises. 3. No mirror in room. 4. One window faces inside of the house corridor the 2nd window is in toilet facing the outside. Plus 1. Both staff at reception very friendly especially the night shift guy who helped to solve the air con and fan problem. Both are good in english. 2. TV has a few channels in English. 3. There is lift and room has the basic amenities. 4. Location is superb and a good local restaurant nearby.

我在這家酒店住了5晚，是商務出差。 這是我在多米尼加住的第一家酒店。的確，跟部分評論中提到過的一樣，這兒有一些問題，但是如果住過其他酒店，或者瞭解過其他酒店的價格，對比之下就能夠理解，這條件沒什麼可抱怨的。我們不能拿另一個國家的住宿標準標準，來要求其他國家做的一樣吧。 這兒的服務員挺好的，我會説西班牙語，所以跟他們的溝通很順暢。如果有人遇到説英語沒有被理解到位的話，那我們換位思考一下，如果有一個外國人在您面前嘰裏呱啦，您什麼感受呢，對吧。理解萬歲。 也希望酒店可以改進，不要什麼都不在乎嘛

我和同事在這裏續了兩次，總共住了6個晚上，位置很好，離Serena，bluemall，ágora mall商場都很近。最值得點讚的是服務人員，有一天晚上我把打包的炒飯拿到前台幫我熱一下，一位高高的工作人員幫我拿到餐廳熱好，還貼心地拿了湯匙和刀叉。每個工作人員都微笑服務。酒店房間很新，很安靜（雖然樓下是道路但是隔音很好很安靜），早餐好吃，環境優美，有嶄新的健身房，有屋頂泳池，躺在那裡看美麗的晚霞和星星，確實是一段難忘的回憶。以後出差來聖多明各就住這裏了。還有，走100米還有一家中餐店，實在太完美了。

VVieraskäyttäjäI had stayed here before the pandemic about 3 times. The property is very clean, it is located in the older ”colonial” part of the city. Traffic in this area is a nightmare due to the narrow streets. SAFE area, police presence all over. The GOOD: Clean, Safe, Staff Friendly, plenty of places nearby to eat. Breakfast supplied is ample and of decent quality, food for linch or dinner in the hotel restaurant is good though limited menu, space for seating is very limited inside the restaurant, water pressure in the shower is excellent the room safe is large. The BAD: Room Small like an IBIS, Bathroom smaller than an IBIS, A/C in my room was ”marginal” at best and previous stays here noticed this, Elevator very slow, the worst part this is not a business hotel. While the Internet provided is decent, there is NO work space available at all in the rooms. NO electrical outlets available all are hidden behind furniture or the bed and no desk type area. Had to charge my phone in the bathroom outlet and use computer on battery. Also had a room phone and minor toilet issue which I reported twice and nothing was done. DO NOT have the hotel arrange for the hotel taxi to drive you to the airport cost is $50.oo ! Make your own arrangements or get an UBER. CONCLUSION: While on vacation for a couple of days this is a Nice place to stay and see the colonial sights and enjoy the atmosphere. However, ”on business” this is not the place to stay. I will be returning on business for a longer stay in late January or early February, unfortunately I will have to stay elsewhere.

安安德丽The breakfast was really good and delicious. The staff was very friendly just I wrote them in order to change the room but they didnt reply me so I advice they check the messages and reply timely. The bedroom with 1 queen bed was really nice. They didnt have many options for 2 twin beds altought it was clean. AC works very good. Is really well located in downtown area, there are several restaurants and bars just by walking distance.

VVieraskäyttäjäTitle: Great Historic Charm but Noisy Rooms I recently stayed at this hotel, which is housed in a beautiful 16th-century building that once belonged to the governor of Hispaniola. The historic charm is undeniable, and the interior has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. However, my room faced the main road and the port, which meant a lot of noise and exhaust fumes from traffic. Unfortunately, the windows did not provide sufficient sound insulation, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. On the bright side, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic—great variety and quality. If you’re sensitive to noise, I’d recommend requesting a room facing the courtyard.

LlludolNot at all a 4-star hotel. Service is bad, they gave me a room that didn't match the photo, then moved me to the actual room, and it was not at all like in the photo. Some USB plugs are broken; it's like they didn't build the hotel the right way with a lot of construction issues. They have a restaurant on the rooftop, the food was bad and very expensive. Regarding the service it's very bad too, the only person who actually did well his job was the guy who moved my luggage. I would not recommend!
