Hotellit mukavuudella Aamiainen maassa Costa Rica, provinssissa San José

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the The Radisson San Jose hotel. Breakfast was delicious. The dinners that I had at the hotel were memorable. The front desk and dining staff were exceptional. I highly recommend the Radisson San Jose hotel.

大廳就是一般商旅的感覺，上去二樓就寬敞很多，我覺得房間算是很乾淨了，不過因為對外窗就是面對走廊，所以沒辦法一直開著，所以我浴室就開著才有抽風機，但還是很不錯，離巴士站走路也很近 晚上這區不知道是不是危險區，不過步行一兩分鐘都有這邊的小餐廳，也很好吃

酒店很安全，門口有保安。房間簡約但很寬敞。自助早餐中規中矩。亮點是木瓜，菠蘿和西瓜吃到爽。酒店除了前台，其他客房和餐廳員工都不會講英語（衹會西語）。樓層走廊盡頭左轉有飲水機，儘管房間內貼了標識: 哥斯達黎加是拉丁美洲為數不多的，可以直接飲用自來水的國家。另外，酒店提供免費穿梭巴士到附近的商業街區，需要和前台預約。

Очень положительные впечатления! Отель превзошел наши ожидания! Хорошее расположение, очень красивый интерьер, хороший номер, есть кофемэйкер. Приятный завтрак с типичными для Коста Рики продуктами, очень вкусные фрукты. Здорово, что есть и горячие блюда и фрукты!

Ja es gibt eigentlich nicht viel zu sagen. Für den Preis ist die Leistung echt gut muss ich sagen. Einzige Keitik sond die nicht vorhanden Insektenschutznetze oder halt eine Klimaanlage (besser beides natürlich), aber Rest war völlig in Ordnung!

For the price it’s okay. Expensive for few amenities. They admit this hotel is only to sleep, not much else

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Balmoral San José. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, which made it easy to relax in. The beds were very comfortable and we slept really well throughout our stay. One thing to be aware of is that many rooms — including all of the Superior Plus rooms — have their windows facing into a dark gap between the buildings rather than outside. This means you don’t get natural light or a view, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the staff were absolutely great — friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Overall, a very good hotel in an excellent central location, and we would happily stay here again.

King room with city view, 14 floor: 2 nights. July * You will hear the music from the bar across the park until 3am. Not much noises from the regular city streets. * No fresh air available in this hotel. All the windows are sealed. * No fridge, no Netflix. But plenty of english channels on tv. * good internet. * excellent hot water, and water pressure. * small gym ok, but no windows, and tv was not working. * nice indoor pool, but water too cold for me. No windows but a clear dome. * breakfast have ok choices, not much for a vegetarian. * restaurant expensive like any other hotel, but the staff is sympathic. * free parking. * very nice staff. * reservation with Trip.com was a complication, they didn't have my reservation. Took 1h to check-in. At the check-out they charged me the room that was already paid on Trip.com, had to ask for a refund, which they did, no arguying but a lot of explanations and proof of payment... but the staff was really polite and helpful. * only 1 person working at the counter for check-in and check-out.. * easy to walk everywhere. * easy to navigate with google map or waze.

Place is about half an hour taxi ride from the airport. We originally booked it since the listing here said check in was 1400, but were later emailed that check-in was actually 1500 and when we arrived at 1500, the host said they aren't finished cleaning it and we had to wait in the lobby. The room was nice, although we didn't find the bathroom to be entirely clean. Included breakfast only consisted of coffee, fruit bowl and toast with jams.

It's a decent hotel with a lot of details that aren't quite right. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are excellent. The maid didn't empty the trash cans during our two-night stay, nor was the shampoo ever refilled in the dispenser in the shower. There are no carpets or rugs in the room so you're constantly walking on luxury vinyl plank flooring with wet feet. After you get out of the shower. There are no Kleenex boxes or dispensers in the room, and the TV programming was difficult to decipher, especially the secondary audio program in order to listen to the TV in English rather than Spanish. Also, the closed captioning never worked on the TV
