This was altogether a very nice hotel. It’s conveniently located next to Harbin’s Main Street. The hotel is charming, with decoration that looks out of a Russian novel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The room wasn’t too clean and it smelled a bit of smoke, we requested to change the room and the staff was very accommodating. I think the best part of my stay was the hotel staff, everyone was polite, helpful and lovely. It definitely made my experience better. Отель удобно расположен. При бронировании через trip.com предоставляются подарки, за получением которых нужно обратиться на стойку регистрации. С купоном в сауну ”Жемчужина” (Бани N8) я не разобрался. Не понятно, как его применять. С меня взяли полную стоимость посещения бани. Также получил на стойке регистрации беруши. Они, конечно, не такие, как на картинке, абсолютно обычные. Но с функцией своей справляются. Завтраки в китайском стиле, вполне сносно, есть выбор. В номере чисто и тепло.

This hotel's location is excellent and very convenient, making it an ideal choice for first-time visitors to Harbin for sightseeing, photography, and tasting local cuisine. Less than 3 min walk to central street. The hotel's front desk and room service staff are very friendly, courteous, and easy to communicate with, readily fulfilling any requests. Basic amenities and necessities are readily available and in good condition. Overall, it offers good value for money and a comfortable stay. Family Room has excellent toilet and bathroom design with sufficient privacy and place to hang clothes. Even has humidifier which was good as the air could get really dry here. The hotel knows travelling needs of family well. If there is bidot and vanity mirror would be bonus.

Hotel is located in the city centre next to 步行街 (walking street) and it’s less than 8 mins walk from Mudangjiang train station . Received good service from front desk. This hotel offer entrance ticket to guests to use their 8号温泉 Hotspring bathhouse. Very good to rest, relax and have a good rub back

Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful in every regard. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the location was central.

Good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable room health services, very enthusiastic, willing to provide a variety of help the little girl is very enthusiastic, worthy of reward.

Номера чистые, и соответствуют описанию. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные. Однако, я так и не понял они до 10 или до 9. Персонал чуток знает русский. Что не понравилось? Не дали сразу на все дни карточки для завтрака: приходилось каждый день подходить и просить их.
