Excellent location in the heart of the lively (and very touristy) Yuzhong district. Very well served by public transport. Easy access from the train station. A very warm welcome from the reception staff. The room I was given (17th floor) was perfect. Spacious, well-furnished and equipped, bright, clean, and comfortable. A quiet and pleasant place if you're not constantly sightseeing. Beautiful view of the city. Very good quality bedding. Very clean and comfortable sheets, duvets, and pillows. Good-sized bathroom. Very clean as well. Good quality bath towels. The wall-mounted towel/clothes rack is poorly placed above the toilet, which is neither practical nor hygienic. And the electric towel warmer wasn't working. The room is equipped with a hairdryer, electric kettle, small refrigerator, garment steamer, and small safe. Bottled water is provided daily. In addition to coffee (in the morning) and herbal tea (all day) available in the spacious lobby with its river view, there is also a microwave and ice maker. The room's Wi-Fi was excellent. The lighting was good, and the electrical outlets were compatible with European plugs without the need for an adapter. USB ports were also available. The central air conditioning was efficient and quiet. There was a large wall mirror at the entrance to the room. Drawbacks: 1. As a non-smoker, and having specifically requested a non-smoking room in my reservation, I found the lingering smell of smoke in the room upon arrival very unpleasant. 2. There was no dedicated luggage storage, as is common in many hotels in China; therefore, luggage was left open on the floor for the entire stay. 4. It's a shame there wasn't a small armchair and table to furnish the small mezzanine area of the room to better enjoy the view and the room's space. Bonus: Laundry service with four self-service washing machines on the 18th floor. Detergent provided. I really liked the drying area equipped with portable electric dryers, which are less damaging to clothes than regular tumble dryers. Breakfast restaurant: this is the only downside. Located on the 15th floor of the building (which houses several hotels). Buffet breakfast from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. The place is cozy with a lovely view. However, depending on the day and time of day, it can be cramped and noisy, too small to comfortably accommodate all the guests without enough proper high tables. As a result, I ended up having to share my table with noisy people chewing and burping, when all I wanted was to enjoy a peaceful breakfast. The buffet wasn't extraordinary, but it was decent and well-stocked. The gym area is in the same room, separated by a half-wall (I'm not even sure I can call it a gym when there are only four machines crammed together with no space around them, and where the food bin and the restaurant's dirty dish cart are also located. Forget about getting a workout in the morning!). It's a shame they don't offer a better, quieter breakfast area for this crucial moment at the start of the day. Overall, the value for money is still quite good, even if it's significantly more expensive than Chengdu, for example, for a hotel of the same standard.

Huone oli erittäin mukava ja tilava Vastaanoton henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä, varsinkin nro 4. Saavuin ennen sisäänkirjautumisaikaa ja he antoivat minun kirjautua sisään aikaisin, kiitos paljon. Kaiken kaikkiaan se oli erittäin hyvä kokemus ja sijainti on myös erittäin hyvä. The hotel is really well located. You are just one elevator up away from the Kuixing Building (22nd floor of the hotel) which is a big plus!! The only con was the elevator, they make no sense and waiting times are long, just don’t be in a rush to leave. Reception was accommodating and upgraded us to a bigger room. Thank you!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I also really enjoyed the breakfast—there was a great variety of delicious options. Every detail was handled with care. Highly recommended!

not all the rooms have big windows so check in early or request that in advance, no mold really anywhere, bathroom clean, bedsheets + bed clean + comfy. breakfast was good, had bread, mini cakes, veg like green beans, chillies, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, potatoes and corn, and fruit like melon. also had something in metal containers but they weren’t ready when i was there 7-7:30am. had coffee, mango/orange juice + two fruit juices i haven’t tried before but tasted good gym is basic, had 2 cables beside eachother, leg extension, an adjustable bench + sets of weights from 2.5 to 25kg, a cycling machine, and a treadmill. staff don’t speak english but have a translator device which seems accurate. attractions are all close by, stick to following the maps !!! as i thought maps was wrong and got lost, had to climb 300 steps to get out. hongya cave is a 1 min walk away, easy to see it from the bridge, couldn’t figure out how to get down to the ground floor to see it. raffels city shopping centre is a nice 15 min walk away, good amount of coffee shops everywheret

My stay at this Chongqing hotel was absolutely incredible you will not want to leave once you check in the location is perfect right next to Raffles City with the Chaotianmen subway station directly downstairs making it so easy to get around and Hongyadong and Jiefangbei are just a short walk away stepping into the room I was blown away by the view through the floor to ceiling windows you see the actual meeting point of the two rivers during the day the river traffic is fascinating and at night the city lights up creating that magical 8D feeling Chongqing is famous for the room itself is a spacious loft with brand new amenities including a huge bathtub and a giant projector screen after a long day of exploring it is pure bliss to soak in the tub while gazing at the night skyline the service was also top notch with a one on one butler style attention that responded quickly to any request they even recommended a fantastic local hotpot spot nearby that did not disappoint in short if you want to experience the ultimate night view and convenience in Chongqing just book this place without hesitation. 5 stars!!

The room is very spacious and there are 2 sofas that we can put our luggage. We like that that the toilet and shower areas are separated. Spotless clean room. Hotel is centrally located within walking distance to 解放碑, 洪崖洞、十八梯。 plenty of eateries. Only downside is we had to carry our luggage up a flight of steps. Service is impeccable. They can help transport our luggage to airport and staff will help with filling up the transport form. Will definitely stay here again if I am travelling to 重庆.
