I recently stayed at the Courtyard Nanaimo and had a lovely experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with good coffee facilities—a nice touch to start the day. The location was perfect, close to the seaside and many great restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The only downside was that parking wasn’t free, which was a bit disappointing. There was also a payment error where my card was charged multiple times, but the hotel handled it professionally and issued a quick refund, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would happily return! 4/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (would have been 5/5 with free parking!)

the service was good, but there were stain on the bed sheet and hair on the floor even after house keeping, hope they can improve the cleaning a bit. and the water was not hot enough, other than that everything else is ok.

Very good.  it would be impossible to find better especially for the price. The place was clean, well appointed, nice view out of the window. Brand new furniture, comfortable large bed, clean, coffee in the room, breakfast included … I arrived past midnight after over 30 hours traveling and the breakfast was from 6.30 until 9 but I only woke up at ten, I still went downstairs to check and the manager on duty said no problem and a nice breakfast of cereal, omelette, sausages, toasts jam, various juices and coffee … The only thing was no elevator but they took my luggages up without having to ask and same in the morning they took them back down  I am impressed and very satisfied

Well let's put it this way, you don't go to this Hotel for a fancy hotel, you go for the hot springs. The facilities are starting to become a bit worn, but it's to be expected with so many families and kids running all over. If you want a nicer room, book the tower rooms, the heritage building is very old with thin walls, but it is really neat to stay in the heritage area. I was disappointed because all of my requests were ignored. I asked for a nice view and got the ugliest view in the place. Find it very odd they charge 10 dollars for slippers since most hotels have those. I checked on the actual Harrison Hot springs site as well and it was about half price than here on trip.com and I'm a platinum member on here so I'm starting to think Trip is overpriced here. Check your hotel site first. Also I'm almost positive that rooms booked by trip.com members are given worse hotel treatment. You're basically treated like discount welfare with trip.com

Sisällä oleva ilmastointilaitteisto oli liian melukas, ja sen käyttö oli tarpeen ja sen jälkeen avataan ikkunan. On vaikea ennustaa tilannetta erityisen kuuman kesäilun aikana. Lisäksi useat suuret kuorma-autot pysäköitiin ja käynnisti tavaran purkamisen joka aamu klo 6:00. Erityisesti yksi näistä kuorma-autoista oli sijoitettu suoraan huoneemme alla, mikä osoitti olevan erittäin ärsyttävä tapahtuma. Hotellin infrastruktuuria, erityisesti sen äskettäin avaamisen vuoksi, ei näytä olevan riittävän suunniteltu majoittamaan vieraita.

I recently stayed at the Travelodge while my sister was in the Prince George hospital. The hotel is conveniently located near the hospital, with plenty of amenities in the vicinity. The breakfast is basic yet plentiful, providing us a quiet moment before heading to the hospital. The hotel has been newly renovated and is exceptionally clean. After my sister's passing, the staff were incredibly supportive in numerous ways. They also kindly waived the late checkout fee, allowing us to rest in our room before our evening flight. I would like to extend my gratitude to all the staff for their support and kindness during this difficult time.

My husband booked a two night stay at Painter's lodge for my birthday. Apparently the lodge is under new management and just opened 2 days before our stay. This lodge must have been quite the hotel in its day. It needs a lot of work and with love and care I think it will reach its original beauty. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The restaurant and bar were not up and running but we were offered a continental breakfast of yogurt, fruit, granola bars and juice. The location was perfect and the decor was lovely. It felt like time had been turned back to a wonderful era. Lots of history displayed on the walls. We had a wonderful stay.

It’s my first Best western in few decades. Pleasantly surprised by the modernity and cleanliness. Room is comfortable and compact with all the basic touches and a good layout. The free breakfast was a nice touch. Location is perfect for one night stay to get in and out from the highway.

We had a wonderful stay at Fernie Stanford Hotel & Waterpark! We arrived early and even though our room wasn’t ready, the staff kindly let us use the waterpark — such a thoughtful gesture, especially with kids. When the shower in our original room didn’t work, they went above and beyond by upgrading us to a beautiful 2-bedroom condo with a full kitchen. It was spacious, clean, and perfect for our stay. The free breakfast was nice, though I do wish there were more hot food options beyond waffles and cereal. Overall, excellent customer service and a lovely experience. Highly recommend!
