POS: very central location 50 mtr from casino and beach; historical building with old charm; quite big but with a family atmosphere; (my) room recently renovated; pleasant bar area; quiet; considering location reasonably priced. NEG: elavator super slow, tiny and shaky at times (7 floors); bathroom good but shower itself clumsy; staff could use some extra training ＞ in 4 days' stay there was always something not done or missing, and worst of all in spite of plenty of mgmt messages to save energy, in 2/4 days we came back late night and aircon had been switched on (by staff, not us), on a day it was barely 20 degrees, meaning complete waste of energy, and cost.

Walking distance to historical areas Head to the carpark lift and go to the upper level of the carpark, then walk along the carpark heading away from the station but parallel and you will see two glass lifts to the Ibis hotel. Don't follow google map which takes you to the rear of the hotels running along with the railway tracks as you have to walk around the whole block and back to the carpark lift. Very confusing and not good for people who have mobility issues. The escalators near the convenience store outside the station were not working, if you are mobile you can climb stairs but with luggage I'd recommend that you use the carpark lift. Buses you can tap on with your credit card or phone pay. There's luggage storage lockers at the station but expensive and once you lock you can't unlock until you are finished using otherwise you have to pay again, even if you paid already for many hours. 很有設計感的一家酒店，就連負一層的衞生間都相當華麗。 早餐相對德國荷蘭那些同價位酒店來説，略顯簡單了些。但是相比比利時，意大利這幾個國家，也算平均水平以上。 距離火車站非常近，旁邊城堡裏有一家相當**的餐廳，裏面菜品非常棒！ 非常值得一試，下次還住這家！！

Hotelli vastaanottohenkilöstö esittelee minulle hyvin innokkaasti ja ystävällisesti, missä on kuntosalikeskus ja uima-allas, ravintola, ranta jne. Hotellin ykköskerroksessa on vihanneskeskus ja ravintola on erittäin hyvä.

Location is good., only next to Brugge train centraal. On foot takes approx 3min. carrefour convenient store just below the building, is a superb location Hotel is clean and cozy. walking distance of around 20min to central market and historical sites. overall is rated good

Service: Erg afhankelijk van wie er aan de balie staat. De jonge dame is een topper! Wanneer we een nacht willen bijboeken; wordt er bij het voorstel geen rekening gehouden met korting. Integendeel; de upgrade die we kregen bij het inchecken werd volledig aangerekend bij een eventuele verlenging. Online bijboeken zou 30€ goedkoper geweest zijn dan verlengen aan de balie! Problemen met airco: die werkt niet. Het is snel erg warm op de kamer. Hoewel meerdere keren gemeld; niet opgelost geraakt. Verder perfecte lokatie!

Goed hotel.3x verbleven in hotel Mercure.1x verbleven in Blankenberge met boeking met bongobons. 2x verbleven in Oostende en zeer tevreden.een tip dat ik wil.meegeven is controleer het opvullen van de zepen in de doucheruimte.In Blankenberge de 2de dag leeg, in Oostende idem. Voor de rest TOP!

非常滿意的酒店，早餐十分豐盈，旁邊有公園和足球場，入住那天正好有當地的第二級別聯賽，意外之喜，酒店離根特也不遠

Sehr schönes Hotel aus den 30iger-Jahren. Freundliches, lösungsorientiertes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Top Lage. Schöne grosse Zimmer. Da Alter des Hotels hat seine Tücken. Zum Teil kann man die schön grossen Fenster nicht öffnen und es ist sehr ringhörig. Wir waren zwei Nächte da und konnten wegen einer grossen Gruppe junger Sportler (es fand ein Fussball-Turnier statt), welche durchgehend Party im Zimmer machten, sehr schlecht schlafen. Das Hotelmanagement hat sich dafür bei uns in aller Form entschuldigt und uns erklärt, dass sie trotz Security-Einsatz die Situation nicht besser in den Griff bekommen konnten. Fazit! Das Hotel empfehlen wir sehr gerne.

Hotel to be recommended Excellent experience, fantastic breakfast with a view, very attentive staff, very adequate (basic) room (the large ones must be great), very pleasant, almost luxurious environment, full of little touches, like chocolates on arrival, and a triple socket to plug all devices in one place. A place I will return to.
