"My family visited Salzburg for leisure and really satisfied with this hotel. The shape of the room for 4 people was quite unique and modern. I was surprised that there was no curtain or door for shower room but it was clean and nice. The most impressed part was the instagrammable view. Overall, everything was fine, nice, and perfect. "Thank you to the receptionist for the warm, reassuring welcome in Salzburg 🤍 After a long journey, it felt great to be greeted with such friendly, confident service. I instantly felt at ease — love the nature-themed decor too! The hotel is super convenient: 3-min walk to the train station and lots of nearby food options. Major attractions are walkable. The room is clean and cozy, with YouTube and Netflix. No phone, kettle, fridge, (I think no utensils too if I rmb correctly) in the room, but reception is always happy to help. The window opens for ventilation. If you need room cleaning, remember to inform reception a day in advance."

"The hotel was more conveniently located for public transportation (trolleybus) to Salzburg city center than I had expected. Many lines pass right in front of the hotel, and there is a large shopping mall and supermarket next door, where we could easily purchase groceries during our stay. Despite the hotel being very busy and crowded with guests, the staff at the reception desk and the breakfast restaurant were all friendly and attentive. The view from the hotel lobby was also very nice. One neutral point is that the hotel's entrance sign on Sterneckstrasse could be improved. We spent about two minutes walking around the building trying to find the entrance. Perhaps you could consider adding more signage or a clearer indication of where the entrance is? Unfortunately, I encountered some issues that overshadowed these positive aspects. Having had a very satisfying experience at a BW hotel in Bologna, Italy (which I hadn’t expected much from since it was just a one-night stay during a road trip, but everything from the breakfast to the bed and interior was fantastic), I had high expectations for this BW Plus hotel as well. Since I visited during a busy tourist season, I didn’t expect an early check-in and everything seemed fine until I entered the room in the evening. First, I found what appeared to be traces of a previous guest in the toilet—yes, a small spot of something brown. It was tiny, less than a quarter the size of a fingernail, but it was still noticeable. I have poor eyesight and often get scolded by my wife for not noticing things like this. I also noticed similar dried brown stains on the bathroom floor, which I assumed were the same thing. The showerhead had limescale and mold, which didn’t leave a good impression. These are issues that could be easily resolved with a bit of bleach, and I thought it would be nice if the housekeeping staff paid more attention to such details. The most disappointing thing was the pillow filling, which I’ll simply attach a photo of here. Many guests, especially those from Asia, praised the breakfast highly in Google reviews, so I had some expectations. However, having stayed at many hotels in Europe, I didn’t find it particularly special. In terms of taste, I would rate it around 70-80 out of 100. (To be specific, I would compare it to breakfast at other four-star hotels like the Grand Hotel International Prague or the Holiday Inn City in Düsseldorf) In conclusion, despite these issues, I still want to give the hotel a 4-star rating. This is because I was able to book a room just two weeks before my trip for a rate of around 150 euros per night, which is quite reasonable during peak season in this area. I am confident that with a little more attention to cleanliness and room hygiene, this hotel could quickly improve its customer satisfaction. Despite the concerns about hygiene, I was overall satisfied with my stay at this hotel. This review is written not as a criticism but as a form of encouragement. "Great location, friendly efficient staff and excellent breakfast- but not a four star hotel. No bathrobes, no slippers, no daily water bottles in the room and no bathroom vanity kit/toiletries. Overpriced for a four star hotel so it fits in the 3 star category. 18 euros for daily parking was a bit steep as well compared to other hotels. Loved the location but for the price I would stay at a true four star hotel on our next visit to Salzburg."

А это наличие иностранной карты. Ну и немного неудобно для спонтанного решения заселиться. Устали в дороге из Венеции. Решили забронировать за час до приезда. Было 18.30 . Приехали и ещё час ждали заселения... Рекомендую для не срочного заселения"

"I like it very much here. It's close to the train station and has many Chinese restaurants in the walking distance. Reception girl is very sweet and pretty. My room is large and homes good condition facilities. I like the breakfast dinner best on the 15th floor."
