Till this day, I've never experienced service like this. The staff were all incredibly polite, helpful and eager to be of service. The hotel itself might be 4 stars, but the service, amenities, cleanliness is all 7 stars. Thank you to the team.

This is great hotel with such nice and kindly service, best recommand to everyone to visit this hotel ! Amaizing SPA centre, with many pools and jacuzzi.

Our stay at Crown Plaza Bursa was wonderful, and the room was upgraded to a superior room, which was very spacious with all the amenities anybody needs. Breakfast was so tasty with a large selection of food that all you desired was just in front of your eyes, plus the choice of preparing any special dish on the spot by the chef. All staff at the hotel from reception to housekeeping and waiters were very professional and doing everything to serve guests satisfactory. I would like to thank Ms CARMEN, the guest relation manager, for her outstanding assistance for hotel guests that made our stay very unique and memorable which will make us go back soon and tell all of our friends and relatives and any body who want to really enjoy Bursa is to stay at this hotel.

Beautiful Hotel, very quiet, even though it is on a busy road. Every one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has high security, so no strangers and taxis can go through unless given permission. The breakfast was the only disappointment for me as l was expecting a whole lot more variety like some of the Hilton’s l have stayed with. I would still stay here again for sure.

Parking space is available if you come by car. Clean room & hygienic toilet. Good shower. Comfy bed & pillow. Good wifi. Good lighting & sufficient power points in the room. Few eating shops / restaurants next to the hotel if you want to eat. Breakfast is good & sufficient too. Pricewise, affordable.

Friendly welcome at the desk. Parking lot for the car. Good location with restaurant nearby.

전 렌트카로 이동중이라 주차장이 중요했는뎨, 주차장 널널하고 한적해서 좋았습니다. 호텔 직원들도 친절한 펀이구요. 레스토랑 음식은 별로에요 파스타랑 구운치킨 먹었는데 파스타면은 너무 삶아서 뚝뚝 끊어지고 별로였는데 하두 배고파서 다먹긴 했어요 ㅋㅋ

Hampton by Hilton Bursa otelinde ailecek 3 gece 4 gün konakladık. Bu süre içerisinde otelin temizliği, rahatlığı, sessiz oluşu dinlenmemiz ve rahat etmemiz açısından muhteşemdi. Kahvaltısı da görebileceğiniz en lezzetli ve kaliteli yiyeceklerden oluşuyordu. Ayrıca Hilton temsilcisi Orhan Bey e özellikle teşekkür etmek isteriz. Konaklamamız süresince bizimle mıhteşem ilgilendi. Bu ilgi ve alakası için kendilerine ayrıca teşekkür etmek isteriz. Bundan sonra bu otel Bursa da kalacağımız tek adresimiz oldu. Me and my wife stayed here and they treated us so nicely, the staff were very friendly and even decorated the bed with flowers as a surprise! The staff were very helpful and polite, they answered the phone when we called and responded very promptly! The room itself was very nice, neat and tidy with an amazing bathroom. I am looking forward to staying at sheraton again in the future.
