WOW!! Can't believe the value for the price we paid!! It was a quiet, nice and spacious room, sparkling clean, excellent staff and service, bathroom super nice, and we also ate breakfast at the buffet, which was delicious, and had great and many choices. One of the best hotels we've ever been to. Will come again and highly recommend it.

Internet in the room is a bit slow and unstable, other than that the facility in the room is quiet decent. Location is really good, it takes around 5 min to reach the airport by walking.

I originally booked a different hotel, but it was canceled due to renovations. Teip arranged a replacement hotel, which I was initially unsure about since I had no prior information. However, after checking in, I found it to be quite okay. The hotel is conveniently located near tram line 9, which goes directly to the central station — very useful for getting around. The room was clean and of a decent size, though not very spacious. One downside is that there was no soundproofing — I could hear traffic noise, especially from trams and buses starting as early as 5 AM, which made it hard to sleep in. I also had an issue with my flight ticket and needed to make phone calls within Poland. The hotel staff were very helpful and allowed me to use the phone without charging any extra fees. I really appreciated their support during that stressful time.

Pros: The hotel maintains an impressive level of cleanliness throughout its premises, making it a comfortable place to stay. Additionally, the restaurant offers delicious food with a good variety of options, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Free parking if you are lucky. Cons: Unfortunately, the staff at the hotel are quite rude, which detracts significantly from the overall experience. The location is also somewhat inconvenient, as it is situated on the outskirts of the city. However, it is a practical choice for those needing close proximity to the airport.

Perfect location for those who are going to take a flight at Warsaw Chopin Airport The room is large enough for 4 people And the restaurant at the lobby was tasty but a bit expensive. Overall I recommend this hotel more than other hotels around the airport

The temperature in the room was too high and AC didn't work well, we were eventually changed to another room, which was on the top floors. Reception was not always available by phone. Staff was always very friendly. Lobby bar was closed for renovation and the whole lobby was being renovated, so the entrance area did not feel like an InterContinental or 5* hotel at the moment. We ordered room service, which was very nice. Rooms are a big and cozy, big bathrooms, separate shower and bathtub is great. The gym and spa in the top floors is amazing.

Wielkość pokoju niespotykana nigdzie indziej, bardzo dużo miejsca, lozka wygodne. Blisko lotniska, jedynym małym minusem sa drzwi do lazienki, a dokladnie mechanizm ich automatycznego zamykania, drzwi zamykaja sie z taka prędkościa, ze jesli nie wbiegnie sie do toalety mozna zostac uderzonym po pietach lub pupie😉 co jak mowie jest malym minusem gdyz w ogolnym rozrachunku mozna stwierdzić ich drzwi zmuszają do ćwiczeń, dbaja o kondyndycje gości🙂

Dobry hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko lotniska. Pokoje czyste w miarę przestronne. Uczciwy stosunek jakości do ceny.

Close to Chopin airport only take 6-7mins drive to the terminal. Suite is tiny but cozy, facilities just a necessity so without fridge and water heater. But I think it’s enough for 1 night stay before take off plane

Hotel Polonia Palace on historiallinen varsovalainen hotelli, joka on peräisin vuodelta 1913. Siksi se on varsin kaunis rakennus. Sijainti on aivan Varsovan keskustassa, kahden pääkadun risteyksessä. Myös hyvin lähellä päärautatieasemaa ja metroasemaa. Sijainnin haittapuolena on, että se on erittäin ruma alue. Kadun toisella puolella on Kulttuuripalatsi, stalinistinen hirviö, joka pitäisi todella purkaa mahdollisimman pian, jotta Varsovan toista maailmansotaa edeltäneen keskustan jälleenrakentaminen olisi mahdollista. Hotellin tarjoamat palvelut ovat yleisesti ottaen erittäin hyviä. Aamiainen buffet on erinomainen. Ainoa haittapuoli on internet, joka toimii vähemmän täydellisesti. Myös erittäin hyvä vastine rahalle.
