The hotel staffs always greeted us warmly and went extra miles to help us. Rooms and bathrooms are satisfactory, although there is room for improvement. The location is a bit away for the main action but the stunning view from the top makes up for it.

Meillä oli ihana oleskelu Hampton Hotelissa Cuscossa. Henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällinen ja vieras, joten meitä tervetulleita koko oleskelumme. Erityinen maininta Wilma, joka meni ylimääräinen kilometri vastaan meidän pyyntö vaihtaa huoneessa kuningatar vuodessa sijaan kaksi standardin sängythear helppous teki suuri ero.
Huoneita on uusia, puhtaita ja mukavia tuoreen sänkyyn, ja aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä. Yleensä, erinomainen kokemus ja suosittelen erittäin tätä hotellia kaikille vieraille Cusco.

В целом отель неплохой для Куско, маленькая комнатка, маленькое окошко, очень маленький санузел, не обогревается, нет питьевой воды, тапочек, но ставлю 5 за чистоту, за расположение, и за то, что отель новый. Когда мы там жили, стоимость составляла 90$ за ночь без завтрака. Для такой стоимости нормально. Но когда мы уехали на 2 дня и вернулись обратно, стоимость составляла уже 180$ за ночь, что для данного отеля просто невообразимо. Прожив неделю в Куско, стало понятно, что цена и качество не только для данного отеля но и для других большая проблема! Цены ставят высокие, а сервиса предоставляют минимум!

The place is a hidden gem in Sacred Valley. If you get the chance to visit during Christmas you will love it. Yucay becomes the action point of the valley for 3 days you can enjoy a very festive experience with local traditions and masks. Location is great, near everything. Also the owner and all of the people there are so friendly, it gives you a nice family vibe when staying there. I will definitely come again when revisiting Sacred Valley:)

The dom room with bathroom and toilet was well cleaned. Great location, just next to Hot Springs.
You can get filtered water free of charge from the bar.
However WiFi network was not stable, very slow.
Overall, pretty good for a hostel

In historical centre but nearest restaurant about 20 minutes walk. We had a room on the front and it was super noisy as it’s on a busy main road. No sound proof or extra glazing to deal with it. Breakfast ok. Probably not stay here again as would choose a boutique hotel nearby to main square and not on a busy road.

地理位置不錯，就在太陽神殿附近。
雖然套房區域有點繞，但是畢竟是歷史建築，是以前印加帝國傳達命令的傳達室（印加文明沒有發展出文字）
早餐中規中矩。
因為歷史建築的原因，牆比較薄，噪音還是比較大。作為一個50平的套房，完全有面積做一個浴缸但是衹有一巨大的淋浴房…是考慮大庫斯科海拔太高的原因麼？

VVieraskäyttäjäHad two separate bookings with the hotel as I was going to Machu Picchu and staying overnight there. During my first day at this hotel in my first reservation, I was asked to pay for this second booking together. No receipt given but was assured that there will not be any misunderstanding. Was told to pack and leave my things at the reception and check out and re-check in. So not sure why I needed to pay for the second reservation upfront in my first booking (Maybe afraid that I would cancel it as I was really tempted to). As mentioned in my previous post, the amenities are severly lacking, cause of low water supply, the pipes and toilet filling up is very loud and the water flow from the tap is like the picture at night and it was trickling and dripping one of the early mornings when I had a tour. In short, i will not stay here again.

Nn a g iマチュピチュに登るために泊まりました。アクセスもよく、マチュピチュ行きのバス乗り場もすごく近くでした。
朝食の時間は比較的早めで早起きしなければいけませんでしたが、美味しかったです。
網戸がないため、窓を開ける時は虫が入ってこないよう気をつけるか、開けないで外を見ることをおすすめします。
系列のレストランが割引になったのもありがたかったです。

Without exaggeration, Belmond Monasterio is the best hotel in Cusco. Even after trying two other higher-priced Belmond properties and the JW Marriott, I still firmly believe this is the ultimate choice.
The beauty of this hotel is beyond words. The elegant public spaces and tranquil gardens create an atmosphere of timeless serenity. The classic, historic walls whisper stories of the past, while the dazzling golden chapel adds a breathtaking sense of grandeur. Every detail is a masterpiece.
Yet, what truly sets Belmond Monasterio apart is its service. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their service attitude is impeccable—perhaps the best in South America. A prime example: when I lost my credit card, they found it and returned it promptly. Compared to the Los Cabos Waldorf (which I mention due to its premium pricing), this hotel’s service is on another level—infinitely more personal, thoughtful, and heartfelt.
I would love to give special recognition to my butler, though unfortunately, I have forgotten his name.
In short, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Endless love for Belmond Monasterio.

KK TravelsLet me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice.
But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath.
The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it.
I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep.
Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh

Location is unbeatable: just a 3‑minute walk to Plaza de Armas, perfect for exploring the city on foot.
Rooms are comfortable and clean, with a cosy bed and a heater available at all times. No TV in my room but honestly, with everything nearby, you won’t miss it 😄
Extremely helpful staff, genuinely some of the most supportive I’ve ever encountered. They were incredibly accommodating and even helped me multiple times late at night when Rappi wasn’t working and I needed to order food.
If you have early tours (4:00, 5:00, 6:00 AM), just let them know in advance — they’ll happily prepare your breakfast earlier for you, which I really appreciated.
They also decorated our room exactly as requested, which made our stay even more special.

MMananxi_MXHyvin hyvä! En ole tehnyt paljon kuvia, mutta luultavasti puhumme kaikille! Ensin menen Majiang Bijian ja jään lämmintä vesikaupunkia varten yöksi. Kaupunki on todella pieni, joten hotelli katsoo asemalta kaukana. Kävelin kolme minuuttia. Kävelin rautatieaseman ulkopuolella ja kävelin hieman kiipeämässä.
Hotelli on neljä tähteä, lobba on hyvä vastaanottopalvelu, ilmainen lämmin vesipakkaus, asennuspalvelu, huone on suuri, kaksi ihmistä ovat lähes Queen-kokoisia.
Huoneisto on täydellinen: on hissi, lämmitys, pyyhkeet
On syytä huomata: Wi-Fi on erittäin hyvä ja kokous on hyvin virtaava; vesi on suuri, suihku on iloinen!

Aamiainen ei ollut kovin varhainen lähtö, mutta hotellin henkilöstö oli hyvin innoissaan ja huolellisesti.Majiang Bijian palattuamme me lepotilassa lataustilalle ja palasimme junaasemalle.

VVieraskäyttäjäBesides the location (5mins walk from train and restaurant’s) and quality of the rooms, the reason this is getting a 5 star review from me and my mates was the customer service.
The people working at the hotel - in particular Nathale and William - were absolutely wonderful. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever received (I mean this literally). They went above and beyond to answer all our questions and helped us navigate train suspensions and protests (even offered us showers and a place to rest after climbing Machu Picchu, post check out).
They didn’t just respond to needs, they assessed and identified what would make us more comfortable and they delivered it proactively.

I ate at a very good restaurant in plaza. Almost all the restaurants offer excellent views and vegetarian options. The hotel has glorious views from the rooftop where they serve breakfast daily. There is coffee available or hot water 24x7. The area is quite except for cows mooing. Internet excellent. Hot shower excellent. Eggs made to order for breakfast. Google translate needed at hotel + in town. Wish all hotels offered filtered water. This would reduce the daily purchase of plastic bottled water. I enjoyed my stay.

服務就很難説了 訂了帶窗帶陽台的高級房 check in時説房間沒了 給我升級的房間 結果“升級”的房間是一個沒有窗户的全密閉的房間！我不同意 但酒店説沒房了 “討論”結果 是給我免費晚餐 我沒有選擇衹能接受…
