It was a wonderful stay! Great value for the price. Location was decent! Many restaurants etc nearby. Only negative would be the constant wait on the elevator, but that’s not saying much.

Excellent hotel, cannot fully evaluate it cause I couldn’t stay as much as planned, because of a delayed flight, but for what I could see is beautiful and has a perfect location in regard to proximity to the airport. If you arrive at T2, just take the airport trainer to T1 and you’ll arrive through a flyover very easily :)

They do not leave drinking water to the rooms. There is no kettle or coffee machine in the rooms. Their breakfast is very limited. ‐----- Good location, nearby handshake.

Great hotel right in the center of everything. The people there are very nice. WIFI was a bit inconsistent and they didn’t provide toothpaste. Everything else was fantastic!

I have been around three Times at this hotel. Each time we had another issue. This time Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the morning but t my room 508 was quiet. Last time I stayed at 102 which was exactly above the aircon s. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time. It’s located in a central position of reforma avenue. I walked to the Hidalgo surroundings as well as to Chapultepec park although it’s pretty far . I liked the beauty of the architecture and the old style. It is in dire need of renovationbut still a nice place …

Habitación amplia y limpia, con agua caliente y buena presión, la televisión saltaba los canales constantemente, ese fue el único inconveniente. El staff muy amable y la habitación muy accesible por el ascensor.

We are a family of three and chose a 60-square-meter suite. The hotel added a bed for us for free. We didn't buy breakfast, but we got a free breakfast on the 22nd floor. The breakfast is rich in variety and very nutritious. If you buy breakfast, you can eat on the 3rd floor. This hotel is very quiet and safe. It is very close to any tourist attractions and convenient for taxis. There is a pharmacy, hamburger shop and supermarket opposite the hotel, where you can buy any product you want. There is a Starbucks and night market stalls downstairs. During the Christmas period, the price of this hotel is very friendly compared to other hotels, We will continue to come back and highly recommend!

A media hora de bellas artes caminando, muy limpia la habitación, soy fan de las tinas en las regaderas. Aire acondicionado, televisión y mini comedor. Lo unico que no me gustó es que cuando quise pedir servicio a la habitación nunca contestaron. No se si porque había evento o era dia de descanso de los de cocina
