This is hands down the best place I have stayed in Kep. From the moment I arrived, the reception was exceptional—the staff are incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

We decided to extend our stay for another three days because we really like the natural settings and the service provided . We enjoyed the breakfast and the variety of food provided. We will definitely come back to Kep again and stay with the resort.

Great place, serene environment, people are amazing very friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful dinner and their breakfast also delicious. 100% recommended!

I think the service was excellent. the Staff were very friendly. The pool is massive and so beautiful. My friend and I stayed in the mountain view room, but there is a resort behind this resort, so there was music in afternoon so couldn't nap and also a rooster too which woke us up every morning. Kep beach is a 20min walk, so it's suggested to get a tuk tuk for 2 dollars. The onsite restaurant and Bar was perfect too. Our room bathroom isn't 100% concealed as there was a blind, also our bathroom door squeeked noises so when my friend and i used the bathroom it was noisy.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor bathtub and shower and even enjoyed our last morning when it rained. This really added to a unique experience. If the room wasn’t enough to recommend this place, then I have to next talk about the incredible staff. Each person went above and beyond normal expectations to ensure that our stay was special and we were not lacking for anything. The breakfast that was included was fantastic and very filling as well. Walking down to the private beach and pier you can really enjoy the sunset and privacy. I believe that this resort is why we love Cambodia.

1. 酒店乾淨衞生 服務態度好 遊客很多房間基本都被訂滿了 一樓有些潮濕 樓上好一些 2. 攜程刊登的是虛假訊息，標註有廚房，可酒店所有房型均沒有，且酒店經理也向我們展示了他們刊登的情況，不清楚攜程為何亂誘導。所以從螃蟹市場買回來的海鮮無法加工，非常坑人. 3. 攜程房型不同價位實際上和酒店核實了是同一個房間，面積房型均相同，一個顯示是3人早餐，一個顯示的2人，我的訂單是3人，可實際上衹有2人且酒店也從來沒有3人早餐的訊息。 4. 因攜程刊登的虛假訊息 入住不便 衹能提前退房一天 攜程聲稱不可退房，酒店不同意，可我當時就在前台，酒店完全同意，且並未收到訂單款項所以錢是攜程扣着，和酒店無關。最終經反饋同意退費並聲稱象徵性的退36元紅包作為補償，尚未收到。

Saravoan has the best location in Kep, overlooking a great little beach with excellent views of the islands,we have been staying there for holidays every year for the last nine years in which time a few managers have come and gone, the amenities have not changed much but quiet rustic and suit the rainforest environment,they now serve a free breakfast which this time was very good, service was as usual pretty good, sometimes requires patience but they are always helpful,to reception is poor and always has been but wifi is fine,pool is still clean and in great spot with views, moto rents are cheap and it’s a lovely ride to the crab market around the foreshore about one kilometre away, there are plenty of fancier hotels in Kep now but if you like location, views,close restaurants and reasonable service this one is the best hands down!

The location of the hotel is just perfect—beautiful views and close to everything you’d want to explore in Kep. One of the best parts is its proximity to Kep National Park—I even went for a run there, and the trails were incredible, with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. Whether we were enjoying a peaceful morning or winding down after a day of adventures, the view never got old. The breakfast at the hotel was another highlight. The variety and quality were outstanding, and it was the perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore. Overall, Vakara Kep offered a memorable stay with excellent service, stunning views, and a fantastic atmosphere. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend getaway, with the added bonus of being so close to the beauty of Kep National Park!

酒店位置非常好，建築風格是紅木/實木 的 東南亞風格，所以來住店的都是柬埔寨本地人。酒店全是獨棟的別墅房，或者排屋，沒有2樓的。總共大約13-14間客房，每一間都非常大，我們入住的雙床間連門口小院子整整有120多平米。客人少所以前台人員都記得你的住處，叫得出名字，服務很到位。早餐一般沒有國內那麼豐富。但旁邊就是海鮮市場了，所以這點無傷大雅
