Hotellit mukavuudella Baarit maassa Intia, provinssissa Uttar Pradesh

The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Spa looked good although didn’t get a chance to use. We used the concierge to do the Taj Mahal & Red Fort visit and he was excellent. Got us in as one of the first without hassle. Also for a reasonable price. We also used their contact to get a taxi to Ranthambore and they were phenomenal. Great stay. Great people. Highly recommend.

We stayed for one night in the Agra hotel which is a mid-range hotel but very clean rooms and hot showers/Wifi etc. In our 2 rooms the air con wasn’t great at night so did get very warm but unsure if they had power cuts or a reason for this and as we were only there one night we didn’t complain or try to move rooms. There is a pool area with a slide and a small area for lounging which has 5 or 6 sun beds. The area had a slightly unhygienic smell for the loungers but this could purely be down to the 40degree heat. The pool itself was clean and everyone had a great dip! In the evening we went to the hotel micro-brewery restaurant where you can try some of the beers before selection. We then ordered food which was the best meal so far of our one week India trek. We had the chicken taka tak, daahl whilst the kids enjoyed a pizza and chicken bau buns - couldn’t recommend the food enough. Note we ate in the dark restaurant with a slight night club vibe not the buffet restaurant where they serve breakfast in the morning.

Had a wonderful stay, nice rooms, decent location, my stay was so great due to the staffs they are so welcoming and helpfull. And they have 2 dogs Max and Maya which is damn cute. The roof top restaurant is insanely pricy in my opinion, 17USD for friend rice which taste just ok nothing specially and plus we in india so like im just shocked.

we had booked a half board package and the stay and the food were excellent.the reception staff was very attentive and always eager to see to the comforts of the guest. particularly the duty manager Ms Prachi was very helpful and supervised with keen interest and came forward to see that the guests were never inconvenienced. the restaurant staff were always on their toes and in spite of large number of diners , was seen serving with smile and there was no delay in executing the orders. the cooks were also eager to help and prepared dishes that were not placed in buffet.  the dinner was good with lots of varieties and was very tasty.

Perfect, high quality and service hotel, we enjoyed it! Feels like not in India, lots of greenery, modern interiors, new bathrooms Recommend!

This hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great.

С самого начала встретили приветливо, даже категорию номера бесплатно повысили на улучшенный) При заселении на подносе приносят напиток и печенье в качестве комплиментов 🙂 Очень услужливое приятное обслуживание. Завтрак утром доплачивала отдельно - шведский стол с уклоном в индийские блюда, норм)) Рекомендую)

Great location. I literally just walked to Taj Mahal from here. This was my biggest room in all my 3 hotels travelling through India solo. I think that they gave me the more modern and recently renovated room because I read some bad feedbacks regarding this hotel being old and that it needs renovation. Also it has a view for Taj Mahal at the rooftop. I didn't expect that because they did not advertise it openly in there postings.

Good things first 1. spacious rooms 2. Good breakfast buffet 3. swimming pool Need to improve things 1. the floor mats smells need to be cleaned. 2. the customer checkout services needs to be improved..I requested for a extension but just allow 30 minutes..need to provide better customer service. 3. customer baggage handling issues..too many people so the baggage counter denied to keep the baggage after checkout.
