Saw some negative review from Google or Trip.com, but I still decided to choose for this resort because of the locations. Also, that after spoke with the driver and I know that the view of the beach of this resort is actually the best one in bintan. It’s quite expensive to eat inside the resort, especially the Indian food at night. I went to the Chinese restaurant, but we didn’t order the seafood. The waiter is very helpful and very nice and polite. We order for the medium person, but he advised us not to choose that because the portion is really big.

This is a first time I’m staying here, perfect location as for family can walk to the one Batam mall and opp there’s a lotus supermarket.  Pool and gym just nearby, convenient for parents to workout while kids having good time in the pool. İt were great 4 days stay. We loved everythig. The stuff are amazing the check- in was smooth and light.We went on monsoon season so couldnt swim at the sea but it didnt bothered us, the swimming pools are clean and with nice sorrouding.You can use restaurant and swimming pool next door sister hotel and also book lovely dinners at Banyan tree hotel they will bring you to the restaurant with buggy.On our first evening we join the BBQ dinner and it was absolutely lovely and worth the money, food was great.Alsobook your SPA treatment we went twice with my son and iyit was perfect, the massage is professional and relaxing, the programs are nice variety amd the prices are reasonable.The only disappointing thing its a ferry from Singapore to Bintan during the monsoon season, so dizzy fizzy never felt that bad on a boat. Of course it şs nothing to do with the hotel.

From the check in, to our check out the staff around the resort were all very helpful and smiley. They provided us with helpful advice and recommended activities to do in the resort! Rooms were nice and clean as well and spacious. We also visited the massage in the resort and it was a really good experience! Lots of things to do around the resort even for adults, we did archery and the instructors were very encouraging and skilled in guiding first timers!

We could not find any 5 star hotel with lower price other than Alltrue Sydney hotel Batam Centre!! The hotel is huge. Included with own convenience store & souvenirs stall. The room we chose have everything you need to experience like a 5 star rooms. Can you imagine you're just paying SGD35 per night for this??!! The staffs all are friendly. Swimming pool is perfect for families, the gym have all the complete equipments you want to use. And especially the buffet restaurant, all the food & drinks are decent and very delicious! Everything is good, we went there for 4 days 3 night, they gave us 3 days Starbuck voucher, the location is the best to us as we like Grand Batam Mall alot, just 3 to 5mins to walk there, the food is also quite nice to us

Our 2nd time staying here and we booked a total of 4 rooms. All was good except that your breakfast can be improve with more selection like having a egg live station and a porridge section. Bread toaster as well was not working well, waited for 20mins and still the bread is not well toasted. We decided to go over to Golden View Hotel and pay for our breakfast on the 2nd morning. We had dinner on out first night but was disappointed with your dessert. Both the lava and cheese cake taste like it been kept for weeks, does not taste fresh.

Everything at the resort was incredibly systematic and well-organized, resulting in a completely frustration-free stay. We arrived at 12 PM and were pleasantly surprised to receive our room for an early check-in at 1 PM after a minimal wait! We opted for the 6-activity package—a great value according to my husband—which included a fantastic 2-hour karaoke session and access to the kids' indoor playground. We highly recommend the 6-activity package; it kept us thoroughly engaged throughout our 3-day, 2-night stay. The resort's punctuality was excellent: our in-room couple's massage therapists arrived exactly on time, and the fire for our 6:30 PM outdoor BBQ was already set up by 6 PM. The sound proof is not so good especially when the kids sleep at the teepee materials but when they are tired they still can fall asleep fast just that the next door kids wake up so early. Have to expect sound as it is glamping.

Arrived and checked in and served lemongrass drink as welcome drink. The hotel reception got us a free upgrade to the beachfront for our honeymoon stay and gave us honeymoon decoration based on my request. The hotel view is so good, room is comfy, room toilet is clean, emerald pool is good, breakfast had a lot of options, was expecting coffee machine but unfortunately don’t have. Generally satisfied. Called reception for pickup to lobby. Able to call Gojek to back to city during our checkout.

Need to improve to change all the TV to smart tv. At least users can use their devices to share screen and watch their programs. Some of the suites have very poor wifi coverage in the older wing. Other than that this hotel is super. Good location, have good spa, the masseur are very good. One of the best massages here. The free breakfast has improved alot from years back. The food in room service and the lunch dinner menu is very very good. The restaurant staff are very accomading, friendly and helpful. I have been a long time user of this hotel for almost 18 years. For me it's the number one hotel in balai. Just need to improve facilities for me to have a better experience compared to the other hotel on the hill. Please upgrade the new wing. I am really excited for it.
