Täydellinen hotelli, 100 metrin päässä rannalta merinäköalalla. Parveke ja pieni pöytä merestä nauttimiseen. Pieni pyykkinaru ja runsaasti säilytystilaa.
Suihkukaappi ei kuitenkaan ole kovin miellyttävä wc:tä käytettäessä, koska lattia pysyy märkänä suihkun jälkeen. Ei lastaa tai moppia veden poistamiseksi.
Ole varovainen, kylpyhuoneen hiustenkuivaaja on vaarallinen, koska lattia on märkä. Varma tapa saada sähköisku! Ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Hotel Staff was great... helped with my bags to room. Location was beautiful. 6 min drive to port (Gavrio). 10 min drive to Batsi.
Private beach with chairs n umbrellas. The pool looked beautiful. I didnt get a chance to eat at on site restaurant. We had a great cab driver who was decent with prices n we were able to set up times for pick ups from hotel n dinner venues. Thank you all for an incredible stay. andros is a beautiful island n im glad to have spent part of my 2nd Honeymoon here.

Sijainti on erittäin kätevä ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, mutta johto oli liian tiukka. Saimme trip.com-varauksellamme neljän hengen perheelle neljän makuuhuoneen huoneen, mutta he halusivat veloittaa 30 euroa lisää väittäen, että 16-vuotiasta tytärtämme ei voida pitää lapsena, vaikka näytin heille vahvistetun trip.com-varauslomakkeen kolmelle aikuiselle ja yhdelle lapselle (trip.com-sivulla alle 18-vuotiaat lapset lasketaan lapsiksi). He sanoivat antavansa 3 euron alennuksen 30 eurosta osoittaakseen myötätuntoa! Suostuimme maksamaan 27 euroa, ettemme tuhlaisi lyhyttä loma-aikaamme. Mutta sitten he veloittivat 3 euroa lisää uloskirjautumisen yhteydessä sanoen, että se on veroa varten, ja he unohtivat sen! Poikamme ja tyttäremme kaksi sänkyä olivat sohvia, eivätkä ne olleet mukavia. Ilmastointilaitteet eivät viilenneet tarpeeksi. Huoneen laatu ei ole neljän tähden hotellille, tuskin kolmen tähden hotellille.

Pros ovat sijainti on erinomainen ja arvo rahaa. Vanha hotelli. Ilmainen aamiainen alkaa 7am. Sivustolla sanottu voi antaa aamiaista tai jotain ottaa pois jos aikainen checkout mutta ilmeisesti ei ole totta, joten korjaa sivustosi.

Hotelli on uusi ja sen sijainti on hyvin lähellä keskustaa, huoneet ovat siistejä ja viihtyisiä, aamiainen on riittävä ja herkullinen, olemme erittäin tyytyväisiä, valitsimme tämän hotellin, jos menemme uudelleen, valitsemme saman hotellin 👍

Actuallyi visited this place many times. It's clean, comfortable, and the crew is very open and helpful. The facilities needs some attention (lamps in some rooms are unscrewed etc.), shower is very tiny and needs mop with your own hands, but this is one of my favorite places to stay in Rhodes anyway!

Grotta Hotel sijaitsee kauniilla rinteellä, josta avautuu näkymät Naxosin kylään. Rannalle on vain lyhyt kävelymatka.
Vieraat voivat nauttia runsaan aamiaisen aurinkoisessa aamiaishuoneessa ja drinkkejä viihtyisässä oleskelutilassa. Tilavalta verannalta avautuu upea merinäköala.
Kaikki huoneet on sisustettu tyylikkäästi, ja ne pidetään tahrattoman siisteinä. Jokaisessa huoneessa on parveke tai terassi, ilmastointi, satelliitti-tv, jääkaappi ja tallelokero.
Hotellin neuvontatiskillä vieraat voivat saada apua kuljetuspalveluiden ja retkien järjestämiseen kaikkiin saaren osiin ja muille lähisaarille sekä myös järjestää purjehdusretkiä.
Venetsialainen linna, arkeologinen museo ja vanha tori ovat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä hotellista. Apollon temppeli on myös vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä.
Naxosissa yhdistyvät vilkas yöelämä ja hiljaiset ja rauhalliset päivät Egeanmeren sinisten vesien äärellä, joten se on ihanteellinen kohde Kykladeilla.

Ttraveller2002The hotel staff could not have been more lovely and helpful - a special thanks to Alice and all of the restaurant staff, they went out of their way to help me and always with a smile. The breakfast in the morning was always fantastic, fresh and healthy.
If you’re a solo traveller wanting to unwind like I was - this is a fantastic place. It is minutes away from the beach and well equipped with a gorgeous pool that is never busy. The feel of the hotel is completely zen and really forces you to chill out. The beds are super comfortable too, and I really appreciated the spacious balcony with the gorgeous view to sunbathe and have a drink. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed in a Bungalow Family Room which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely outdoor area. It was quiet and peaceful. Towels were changed and bins emptied daily. The hotel is perfect for families with younger children (up to about 8 years old). We went with two boys (4 and 8), and they loved it. The two slides kept them entertained, and the beach bar was excellent—always cocktails and snacks available. There were plenty of sun loungers, especially on the beach, with no need to wake up early to reserve. That made the stay very relaxing. The entertainment team was great—friendly, not pushy, and always offering activities. They were amazing with children, and the mini disco was the best we’ve seen so far, with all the staff putting their heart into it. Evening entertainment suited all ages, and we especially enjoyed the beach party.
Negatives:
While most of the staff were lovely and smiley, the reception team was disappointing (except the lady who did our check in efficiently on the evening we arrived and explained everything). On several occasions when I asked questions, they seemed abrupt and in a hurry, even when no one else was waiting. The biggest drawback was the food. It really needs improvement and is the main reason for the lower rating. Most meats were dry, with little variety. Even simple dishes like Greek salad were below standard. The buffet was very pork-heavy, which made it difficult for us on some days since we don’t usually eat pork. Desserts were the worst part, mostly inedible, just cream and jelly-like options. The wine was also very low quality.
Another issue was cleanliness of the public bathrooms, especially those near the pool. They were not well maintained, and I even saw a cockroach in one of them. Our room also had these tiny worm like snakes (apparently harmless and called ”blind snakes”) We first thought it was one that lost her way but we ended up finding one or two everyday and getting them out. We did ask someone to come and sort it out, but they told us they were harmless and didn't do anything other than getting them out.
We love the sustainability concept and appreciate that they grow their own vegetables, but unfortunately, we didn’t see this reflected in the meals. It made us wonder if it might be a bit of a waste of time and money, since the menu didn’t seem to highlight those fresh, organic fruits and vegetables.
As a whole, we felt everything about the hotel except the food was great but on this basis, we wouldn't come again.

As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos.
Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best.
As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though.
The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature.
The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT.
The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day.
The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices.
There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers.
We did not try the breakfast or the massage service.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!

breakfast is not buffet, but they serve you lots of food and various, average quality, terrible coffee 😅
swimming pool sometimes is closed, sometimes it is opened, they do not have a fixed schedule which is a bit annoying if you are really into using the pool. the pool is big and it has a nice view.
location is perfect, 10 minutes from the bus station, in the center, on the cliff with a great view of the volcano

Heillä on mukava mannermainen aamiainen joka aamu, ihana uima-allas, joka sopii aikuisille ja lapsille. Suloisin henkilökunta, mutta rakennuksen sisustus näyttää hieman vanhalta, ehkä he palkkasivat iäkkään suunnittelijan. Siitä huolimatta wc on varustettu, heillä on vedenkeitin huoneessa, minijääkaappi, kahvia ja teetä. Sanoisin, että se on neljän tähden hotelli, jos se ei ole lakanoita varten! Sänky viisas, tarpeeksi mukava nukkua. Olin kolmen hengen huoneessa ja minulla oli jopa mukava oma parveke! Jokaisen tähän hotelliin käytetyn pennin arvoinen, kun otetaan huomioon kohtuullinen hinta!

VVieraskäyttäjäKima is an exceptionally warm, homey, and welcoming place to stay in Santorini. It is located in a beautiful area of Oia that is both convenient and peaceful. When we arrived near the suite from the airport, Aris, a very friendly gentleman, was already waiting to greet us after we dropped off the car and kindly helped carry our heavy luggage down the stairs to the suite. The reception staff member, Xeno, was incredibly friendly and provided detailed information about the suite, along with a helpful introduction to the map for exploring Oia.
The suite was very clean and decorated in a cozy, homely Greek style. The sofa area, bedroom, and bathroom were all thoughtfully arranged and convenient to use. Aris also served us breakfast right outside our suite, allowing us to enjoy our meal by the pool in the sunshine with soft music, which was a lovely experience.
Both the pool view and the classic Oia scenery, during the day and at night, were absolutely stunning from the suite. The housekeeping service was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more comfortable. Xeno was also very helpful in arranging different services for exploring Santorini whenever we needed. He helped us book a comfortable private car to the airport when we left, and Aris was once again there to assist us with our luggage.
Overall, we had a truly wonderful stay at Kima, creating lovely memories of Santorini. I would strongly recommend Kima to travelers looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday!

YYao bukeyan去之前和酒店的聯繫就靠郵件，因為我們這裏上不了WhatsApp,他們用不來微信。所以有啥問題就給酒店發郵件，回覆還是很快的。
聖島上的房子基本都是酒店或民宿，出租車一般都不能直達門口。最好讓酒店聯繫機場接送，價格是40歐（好像旺季會上浮）這樣到了司機會和酒店聯繫派人來接。
酒店位於費拉小鎮比較中心的位置，離商業，汽車站很近，去伊亞鎮也很方便，乘車半個小時就到了。
這個房間衹有一個洗手間＋淋浴室，所以一家三口住還是可以的。梳化床放出來還是蠻大的，但是走道就會變得很窄。整個衞生間比較緊湊，多一個人都會覺得有點擠😂😂具體可以看一下視頻
早餐非常豐富，雞蛋，麪包，小漢堡，三明治，可頌🥐，水果，cheese餅，希臘酸奶，橙汁，茶水，每人一份，吃都吃不完。重點是，它家的餐廳正對着愛琴海，一般享受早餐一邊看着美景，無敵了😊
