特別滿意的一家酒店！位置超讚！離白塔很近，步行幾分鐘。出門幾步就是飯店和海邊。前台辦理入住的時候很快！房間不大，但是整體感覺非常好！早餐種類有點少，但有麪包牛奶雞蛋，可以吃飽。。。很喜歡塞薩洛尼基這座城市，比雅典乾淨整潔有序！非常非常推薦的酒店！

Расположение отеля отличное, 2 минуты до до набережной. Персонал доброжелательный.
Забронировал номер за 68 евро в сутки с завтраком, это отличная цена.
Из минусов:
- это тараканы и
- старый ремонт
- фотографии отеля давно не обновлялись
- на завтрак подают одно и тоже
- присутствовал запах канализации в номерах

City Plaza rooms were very clean and easy to check in/out. I had a downstairs room which you ca hear street noises and the door bell but it didn’t disturb me, so be minding you don’t like this type of noise.
About 15min walking to an Aristotle Square and other City sites also walkable distance.
Overall good couple of nights staying. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

The hotel is in the first row with sea view. Has own parking or you can park just infront of the hotel. The Suite is just perfect. Very tasty breakfast. Nice restorant that looks expensive but with same prices as other tavernas and restorants around, so no need to go out.Free snack plates for coctails in the evening. Will come back again for sure.

Στο προσωπικό δίνω ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!
Δεν έχω ξανασυναντήσει τόσο ευγενικό προσωπικό, όλοι με το χαμόγελο σε εξυπηρετήσουν σε ότι ζητήσεις !! Μας κάνανε έκπληξη για την επέτειο του γάμου μας με τούρτα και κεράκι μας συγκίνησαν πολύ !! Τους ευχαριστώ όλους από καρδιάς !!
Ευχαριστώ πολύ την κα Ελβίρα (ίσως κάνω λάθος το ονομα της) στις κρατησεις που με βοήθησε πολύ ώστε να κλείσω το δωμάτιο με διαβεβαίωσε ότι όλα είναι όπως τα λέει το trip.com και τελικά πήρα την απόφαση να το κλείσω !! Την κα Μαρία στη reception ευγενεστατη και χαμογελαστή πάντα!!! Την κα Ευαγγελία υπεύθυνη δημοσίων σχέσεων γλυκύτατη ευγενεστατη να μας ενημερώσει για το κάθε τι που μας ενδιαφέρει!! Την κα Γεωργία maitre της τραπεζαρίας ότι ζητούσες το είχες αμέσως !! Την κα Φανή φοβερή γλυκύτατη με τα τέλεια αβγά της και pancakes,, μου τα έφτιαχνε τα αβγά ακριβώς όπως τα ζητούσα!!
Πολλά συγχαρητήρια σε όλο το προσωπικό μας έχουν σκλαβώσει !!
Όσον αφορά το ξενοδοχείο μπορεί όντως να χρειάζεται κάποιες μικρές επιδιορθώσεις αλλά δεν μένω εκεί γιατί όλα τα άλλα ήταν τέλεια !! Τα δωμάτια καθαρά και τακτοποιημένα, οι εξωτερικοί χώροι όλοι τακτοποιημένοι, πισίνες μεγάλες και καθαρές, ωραία παραλία με ξαπλώστρες του ξενοδοχείου χωρίς επιβάρυνση!!
Τιμες λογικές στα μπαρ !!
Μπορώ να πω value for money!!
Μακάρι να μπορούσαμε να μείνουμε περισσότερο!!
Ελπίζω και εύχομαι να σας ξανά επισκεφτούμε!!!

Nnlion11) The hotel is new with excellent rooms. It also has excellent outdoor and indoor spaces.
2) I gave 4 instead of 5 to the location because the sea in front of the hotel has rocks and is very cloudy. When I say rocks, I mean lots of rocks, small, big and sharp. In a word, the sea is bad.
3) I gave 4 instead of 5 to the service because I was not informed at check in about the sharp rocks. I was cut badly by the rocks. You can only swim with beach shoes.
4) At the hotel restaurant, we ate pizza with mushrooms. The pizza was not eaten. Unacceptable for a 5* hotel.
5) There are beaches near the hotel, about 500 meters away, that you can go to with your car. They have sand, no stones, they are crystal clear, you can see everything at the bottom and they are not very crowded.
6) The breakfast is fantastic. It even has things you didn't think of.
Would I go back to the hotel? Of course yes. I will swim in the nearby beaches and eat in the village of Ierissos. It's an excellent hotel, but a bit expensive.

AAisha SBI stayed here in October, and the weather was beautiful. I took one bus from the airport straight to the hotel and it was fast and easy to local. It's located about 10 - 15mins walk to the white tower and sea side. You can see the port and the cruise boat docking from the sea view.
There are lots of places to eat.
Room size OK, shower cubicle is very small
No kettle in room for tea and it not free when you order in the hotel for a night cap.
Breakfast is good not of option but good. It would be nice to visit in summer with kids.

Rooms and service is also brilliant however, I had initially booked a double room and was given a twin room instead with two very small beds.
Fariza was an absolute star at the reception desk. She was pleasant and friendly.
I needed help with a personal matter and she was able to help me instantly. Huge respect to her.
The restaurant staff were also really nice and welcoming. Menu was beautiful!
When I requested house help for attention, she was there immediately with a big gleaming smile and helped me organise.
Overall, a pleasant stay but hope they avoid getting confused with double and twin rooms in the future !

VVieraskäyttäjäThe hotel is in a good location near several sights in Thessaloniki city. The room was decently sized, and cleaning services satisfactory. We didn’t always get a new toilet roll, but luckily we never ran out. Walls are thin and we had some very noisy neighbours for some of the nights, which kept us up. The pool in the roof top is great and the bar serves everything you might need, we also used the gym which is limited but gets the job done, and the spa, which was wonderful.
