Lovely hotel. Great staff. We upgraded our room and had a room with a lovely view. Definitely worth the upgrade. Easy to walk around the small old town.

Fácil acceso con parking. Desde el hotel se puede recorrer todo el casco histórico a pie. Muchos locales donde ir a comer, tomar algo o ir de compras en un rango de menos de 1km.
Con spa, que aunque no es una maravilla, puedes disfrutar solo con los tuyos previa reserva. El servicio es agradable. No comimos en el hotel por lo que no puedo opinar de la comida, pero es preferible recorrer el centro y buscar otros sitios para comer o tapear, hay muchos.
Como punto negativo, a veces en la habitación, había olor a cañería, aunque no siempre.
Salimos contentos con la estancia y la visita al casco histórico de Cáceres. Recomendable

Escolhemos o Parador de Zafra porque viajávamos por Espanha e ficava na localização certa para descansar nessa noite. Mas esse não foi o único critério: era um edifício histórico, muito bonito, com condições e bons comentários. Não ficámos desiludidos! Ainda que num ambiente de castelo , tem todas as condições de conforto, o atendimento foi muito simpático. O estacionamento foi pago.

Llegamos al hotel casi a la una de la mañana pero con el check-in no hubo ningún problema. El hotel limpio la gente amable y el desayuno estupendo. Si vuelvo por allí, volveré a buscar este hotel

Muy muy muy recomendable .Y lo decimos con conocimiento de causa porque veo viajado en todo el mundo y este es de los mejores .😍😍Diseñado sencillo pero muy elegante y con un gusto esquísito , obras de arte esculturas , amabilidad y servicio del Hotel increíble , terraza muy bonita por no hablar del Spa que está muy dotado de todos los servicios de masajes de chorros , sauna, baño de vapor y unas maravillosas y cómodas tumbonas. Agradecemos a todo el personal por haber hecho un lugar increíble e inolvidable ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😍😍. Gracias

VVieraskäyttäjäThis hotel is well located and definitely a solid 4 star. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a good distance between the bed and the doorway. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the coffee maker and snacks, which were perfect after my late afternoon arrival.
The only drawback was the doors. While they look stylish with their decorative design, they aren’t soundproof, so you may hear some noise. Fortunately, the rooms are far enough apart that it wasn’t a major issue. Also I should have booked a room with a view as this hotel, like most hotels in Spain, gave me an inner courtyard view which is basically a window that faces a wall.
Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

However, the room was fairly clean and the outdoor pool was beautiful. If not for the rude and ****** staff, it would have been a nice place to stay.

NNo_return_dateVery basic accommodations at a reasonable price. I paid $40 USD 20 minutes before I checked in. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the train station but there are not many hotels close to the train station so that is not really an option. The room is good for the price as the bed is comfortable.

VVieraskäyttäjä窗外風景美，本來看了評論後做好了晚上很吵，並且隔音差的心理準備，結果出奇的安靜，酒店停車場提供有頂户外停車場，炎熱的夏天裡非常實用！遇上了合適的酒店，長時間自駕，正好多休息一天，所以續住多了一晚。附近開車5分鐘有一個大超市，日用品購買方便。從酒店直接走到各大景點不實際，我們採用了開車停在鬥獸場附近的路邊免費停車位，其他景點步行，觀光完再走回去取車回酒店的方式。

VVieraskäyttäjäGostei de tudo em geral. A única coisa que não gostei foi da cama, não é que não fosse confortável, mas faz mesmo muito barulho. E o isolamento também não é o melhor, dá para ouvir tudo.
Mas de resto, desde a simpatia do Juan (penso que era Juan) que me ajudou a perceber onde tinha ido parar a minha comida. Ao cheirinho agradável que está pelo hotel. A facilidade de estacionamento.
