La Palma es la isla Canaria más verde y más bonita de ahí que se le denomine la isla bonita. Tiene una flora variada y su clima és primavera/verano durante todo el año. Lugares interesantes?, muchos desde sus playas , cascadas, bosques. De laurisilva, producción, destilería de Ron canario, molinos de gofio, y lo mejor su gente. el parador es fanatàstico pues es un edificación típica palmera con su patio interior, donde hay microclima primavera, terrazas , restaurante frente al mar con vistas. L punta de Santa CruZ de la P y unos jardines muy bien cuidados con cascada, estanque, dragos palmera afrente al mar. .
El servicio no se puede pedir más. Repetiremos .

It's a hotel for mass tourism... and achieves good success that way so all was well arranged for guests. Some trivial problems may come for individual guests in that setting... Such as parking our rental car was a bit difficult due to the lack of parking spaces at nights. Oh well... It was a nice stay for us anyway.

Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.

El hotel está genial, pasé unos días en Tenerife con mi pareja y estuvo genial. El desayuno tiene una grandisima variedad y tiene gusto para todos, está genial! También la limpieza de la habitaciones es diaria y la dejan impoluta sin tocar o mover tus pertenencias de sitio. Las piscinas están genial, estan en la azotea del hotel y está genial. La atención y el servicio ha sido de diez. Además si no alquilas coche tienes al lado la estación de guaguas y eso está genial. La verdad que a nosotros nos ha encantado y cuando volvamos eligeremos el mismo hotel.

Paradise in the Parador on ElHierro. Lovely modern hotel in quiet location. I have been travelling on foot and bus on ElHierro for 2 weeks. This is the best Hotel on the Island.

An overrated hotel. I would actually expect more as a 5-star hotel (already factored in the comments from other reviews so I have lowered my expectations).
Breakfast is good, wide selection of choice, staff are friendly. Hotel facilities are ok, a small outdoor pool and another indoor pool plus gym and other facilities.
What I find it disappointing is that the hotel is quite poorly maintained, for example walls in the corridor are a bit damaged. The cleanliness of the hotel room is another red flag: the bathroom sink was not clean. We saw a cockroach in the bathtub before we took a shower in one evening. The wall is also quite thin so you can clearly hear noise from other rooms.
Location is not the best either: it’s fine if you stay in the hotel most of the time. But it takes a long time (and costs a lot) if you want to go to the main city Santa Cruz or even just to the South Airport.

El complejo está muy bien y son muy amables le falta un poco de mantenimiento en la habitación pero en cambio los jardines están impecables .El desayuno bufet bien había de todo y aunque el hotel es enorme no se tiene sensación de masificación ni colas para coger las cosas.

Initially we were worried about an all inclusive 4 star hotel. What if services, food, drink and entertainment aren’t good, we will be stuck! However, they changed our mind the minute we got there. As I approached the counter, they welcomed us and said they would check if our room was ready. Although it’s not, they took our bags for us and gave us a card (which allowed us to go and have lunch without extra cost) so we could start enjoying our time at the hotel.
The room was clean and we loved the deco. We loved the attention to detail too! You can tell a lot of thoughts have gone into the design of the room.
We love the food there too. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day we were there. Apart from the usual kids’ favourite, the main dishes were different at every meal every day. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and paellas; and the Halloween themed night meal.
The animación team was excellent. They were very good with my kids. My youngest was a bit shy to start with at the kids club. One of the staff gave her a lot of special attention to help her settle in. The evening entertainment was better than expected too. We really enjoyed the acrobat show. It’s not exactly BGT standard but it’s definitely entertaining enough to keep all of us happy.
It’s also 10 mins away by car from the airport. We actually took the bus on the way there. It cost 1.40 eur per person and it stopped right opposite the hotel. On the way back, taxi cost 13-15eur. We also love that there is a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. It’s so thoughtful that there is a shower and towels right next to the gate so you could clean your feet before getting back to the hotel.
If there’s anything to complain about, I would say the steam room wasn’t working during my stay!

VVieraskäyttäjäMy 14 year old daughter and I stayed for 4 nights on a tight budget and it exceeded our expectations. This is a 2 star hotel so there are no luxuries but it was spotlessly clean and has a great pool. Yes it's up a hill but there is a public bus stop right outside and another a couple of minutes away which we used to get to Siam park and Monkey Park. We did however walk back from town a couple times and it honestly wasn't that bad.
We were self catering but did go to the buffet 1 night. There wasn't a big selection and it was basic but it did the job. There were burgers, hotdogs, pizza and chips at the pool bar which actually looked quite nice. We had an issue with our fridge which was leaking but I reported this to reception and they took care of it. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
My only real complaints were;
the noise from upstairs guests. Whilst the selfishness of others is not the hotels fault, the doors close really noisily and it rattles through the building. As there are no floor furnishings children running around at midnight literally sounds like a herd of elephants!!
There is an oven but it doesn't work. The rack has been removed and there are no trays leading me to believe it wasn't just faulty. However, I didn't speak to reception about it so I might be mistaken. Ultimately if these are my only complaints then that's not bad really!
I am a professional person and have travelled to many countries and stayed in 5 star hotels. Would I stay here again? On a budget, absolutely. Its a bit rough round the edges with some cracked tiles in public areas and chips in the bathroom enamel etc but I'm not one to let these things ruin my holiday. As long as you have realistic expectations, you won't be disappointed.

Christmas dinner was something out of this world( been to many hotels, but Xmas dinner now will be hard to match). Not sure if it is always like this but we were the youngest in the hotel(43&47)during the first part of holidays and only later some other younger people joined us. The average age was 60's 😁 This hotel is not orientated to children but for us it was perfect- no screaming and shouting and our girl had fun in the pool by
Herself and her cousin🤣 I wanted to book Spring Hotel Bitacora at first but now I am thinking that I made an excellent choice . That said, I might try it out next time just because of the All nclusive service Bitacora provides. It was a nice quiet stay so if you expect something like Turkey, eith music around the pool, kids disco and shows, this hotel is not for you. We were half board and 4 days we ate at the pool bar and were never disappointed. Good food and reasonable prices. We didn't book UP option because we were with the kids( it's for 18+)but if I ever come without them- I will try it out!

EEvieDarrellxOlen yleisesti ottaen hyvin iloinen siitä, mitä maksoin (vain yli 200 puntaa viiden päivän ajan, kaikki mukaan lukien).
Henkilöstö ei ollut aina ystävällisin ja huomasin animaatioryhmän puhuvan vain tiettyjen vieraiden kanssa eikä vuorovaikuttelevan niin paljon muiden kanssa. Tämä ei kuitenkaan haitannut minua henkilökohtaisesti.
Teemallinen ravintola on erinomainen, ja taksit ovat hyvä kosketus! Vain huomattavaa teemallinen ravintola vaikka on varaus on 8:30pm, ja he sammuivat valot ja rohkaisivat meitä ulos 9:25. Toinen pari oli tullut ja istunut ruokansa kanssa, ja heitä pyydettiin siirtymään toiseen ravintolaan, jonka he tekivät, ja minä oletin, että he ottavat ruokansa, kun he olivat laittaa. Sen sijaan kattila kaatoi kaikki levynsä lautaselle, joka näytti todelliseksi häpeäksi ja ruokajätettä, ja nostoi muutaman silmäkuoren. (Restaurantti oli vain noin 25% täynnä eikä muita varauksia, joten he eivät olleet avaruutta).
Ruoka kokonaisuudessaan on enemmän kuin OK maksettu hinta, vaikka toistaa. Juomien valinnat olivat hyviä - toivon vain, että kupit olivat suurempia erityisesti pehmeitä juomia, joten sinun ei tarvitse täyttää niin usein.
Minulle annettiin viivytyksetön maksuton tarkistus, joka oli hyvä.
Käytävät ja ulkopuolella ovat hyvin kovaa kunnes myöhä - tämä ei taas haitannut henkilökohtaisesti, koska taistelen nukkua silti.
Enemmän kuin onnellinen siitä, mitä maksoin, mutta jos maksaisin huippukauden hinnat ajattelisin hieman enemmän

I slept very bad, the 2 single beds (not even attached to each other) and pillows are very uncomfortable.
Hope they’ll invest in comfort , I would definitely come back.

I have graded as 4 star not 5 because there was no wifi in our room and sometimes no 4G either meaning we had to sit in the lobby to do admin. Also the bath didn't work properly and there was not enough hot water for a bath on either of the occasions we tried. To be fair we didn't raise this as an issue.
The meal in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was also excellent and we used an Amigo voucher to get it free on one day. Breakfast was very expensive though so we didn't have one again which was inconvenient because of the hotel's location and lack of food to buy elsewhere. There seemed to be alcohol on offer for breakfast- maybe remove this and keep prices down!
The spa looked lovely but we couldn't justify the extra cost of it. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Overall we had a fantastic stay and were very pleased with the facilities. Offering cheaper breakfasts and spa entry would turn a great experience into an absolutely amazing one.

LLauris.little.worldAbsolutely stunning hotel! It literally took my breath away when I walked in. The staff are all amazing and so friendly. The rooms and the grounds are incredibly clean. The pools are stunning (there are busier and quieter ones so no lack of options at all). The beach and shops are a few minutes walk away. The food is spectacular! There’s something for everyone: shows, sports, pools, shopping. I just can’t give this resort enough praise!! We will definitely be back.

Pool table for older kids and small playground for toddlers onsite.
Very clean complex and friendly staff. Fully equipped kitchenette and lovely powerful shower in bathroom which I loved!
Close to lots of shops and restaurants, but relatively steep stroll downhill to beach, fine for us but could be a workout with buggy or if any mobility issues. There was on street parking outside if hiring a car. Lots of taxis around if not! We enjoyed exploring the local areas on foot after a day of sightseeing…some great restaurants close by in the old town.
No air con in the apartment that we could see (but we didn’t ask either as we stated at end January so 24 Celsius and pleasant indoors and out) - recommend checking if going at peak times.
Pools weren’t heated but nice for a dip- clean and lifeguards on duty at both between 9:30 and 6pm.
Relaxing short break at lovely complex, we’ll be back!

It is very clean, staff are friendly and happy to help. where we had fridge and kettle need to have double plug, they was quick and gave me a extension lead to use both together. it a shame bar inside not opened as we had windy nights and we was sat pool bar with patio heaters on which i didnt do.
Lovely that in your accommodation you are told about put your towels down around the pool, that they get removed if not being used so no blocking sunbeds.
could do with some paperwork for you to keep on your visit on what time you choice for meals and also what time snacks available on the all inclusive.
It a lovely touch that you get a towel for you to use at the pool i not been to hotel that gives you them..
Food is good for a 3star only thing would be a problem in higher season is only 1 toaster in dining room.
I full enjoyed my stay here. I would stay here again..
