Hotel Palacky besticht durch seine einzigartige Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Karlsbad. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer, mit allem was dazu gehört und die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig. Das Frühstück ist gut, bietet Abwechslung und ist reichlich, am Buffet zur Selbstbedienung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Haus und kommen gerne wieder.
Erhaltungsmaßnahmen erforderlich in punkto Fensterrenovierung, diese benötigen dringend eine Aufarbeitung.

Booked room in Quisisana, the Pupp Hotel dependance (not main building, across the street). Was ok but would prefer main building. Rest according expectations. Casino not vey big. Only one roulette table active when I was there. Table limits unclear.

Great location with a multilingual staff! The free 3-hour access to Saunia is a big plus + the added convenience of an in-house clinic that offers several therapies as well as spa services. The breakfast buffet is very filling and varied. All in all, a very convenient location and hotel stay!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéale et le personnel de l'hôtel très attentionné. Nous avions également programmé des massages au sein de l'hôtel que nous avons beaucoup appréciés. Très bonne adresse !

Das Hotel Ensana Butterfly liegt am Anfang der Kurmeile unweit der Kolonaden. Alle wichtigen Orte in Mariánské Lázně sind fußläufig bequem zu erreichen. Auch die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist gut. Aufgrund von Bauarbeiten war die Haltestelle Central direkt vorm Hotel in Richtung Hauptbahnhof (nádraží). Das Hotel hat einen guten sehr feinen Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad, Wirlpool und Finnischer Sauna. Dies ist für Hotelgäste kostenlos und von den Hotelzimmern über einen extra - Lift zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Ab und zu gab es Schlangen an den Kaffeeautomaten. Hier wäre es vielleicht besser wenn es normalen Filterkaffee auch in Kannen geben würde und nur ”Spezialgetränke” wie Cappuccino usw am Kaffeeautomaten geholt werden müssen. Auch die Zimmerausstattung topp. Mariánské Lázně ist eher ein kleiner Kurort gegenüber Karlový Vary, hier liegen die meisten Quellen an der Kurpromenade. Auch im Hotel Butterfly ist ein Arm der Ferdinandquelle und man kann hier zu jederzeit Heilquellwasser trinken. Für Nachtschwärmer ist hier erwähnt daß nach 22:00 Uhr am Hoteleingang geklingelt werden muss.

Das Hotel Savoy in Karlsbad hat ein höfliches und aufmerksames Personal. Unsere Zimmer im Gebäude Cleopatra waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Aussicht aus allen Fenstern war beindruckend: schneebedeckte Berge, große Bäume und atemberaubende Architektur. Das Abendessen war sehr schön eingerichtet und lecker. Die Musik im Stil von Bossa Nova berieselte die Räume. Der Spa-Bereich am Abend wurde wenig besucht, daher waren wir fast unter uns im Schwimmbecken und im Dampfbad. Lisa macht eine professionelle Thai-Massage. Das tat wirklich gut nach dem Skifahren im Klinovec (ca. 38km entfernt). Meine Familie fragte schon, wann wir wieder einen Urlaub im Savoy verbringen.

The hotel is located on top of hills, which is not so convenient for travelers with luggage. There are 3 buildings within the hotel, 2 of them connected. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are in building 2.
My room is in building 3, seems to be newly renovated. Spacious space for a single room with a view of wood forest and next castle building. The toilet and shower room are separated. Only 1 body-and-hair shampoo is provided. But the soundproofing is not so great, you may hear the talking and laughing from the nest room clearly at night.
The front desk gentleman is so kind and attentive, highly appreciated for his service. The breakfast is average and could be crowded during holidays.

SSogolWe were very surprised upon arrival. Despite the hotel description suggesting a 24-hour reception, there was no 24/7 front desk at Hotel Elefant. We had to go to another hotel for check-in, check-out and even breakfast, which was not clearly disclosed in the listing. This was inconvenient and felt misleading.
Another issue was the Wi-Fi: there was no password or QR code available in the room, and because there was no reception on-site, we couldn’t get the details. As a result, we were unable to use the Wi-Fi during our stay.
In addition, some of the photos in the listing gave us the impression of a different view/setting. Once we arrived, it seemed that the actual hotel does not match some of the photos shown, which affected our expectations.
The location is good, but transparency is essential. Please clearly state the reception situation, where guests must go for check-in/out and breakfast, provide Wi-Fi details in the room, and ensure the photos accurately represent the property

AAnonyymi käyttäjäIt was absolutely amazing experience to stay here. The hotel is located very centre of tourist area with lots of choices of restaurants and cafes. The interior and the room were stunning. Limited time slots if check-in and out might be inconvenient for some, but we arrived and left during daytime, so it was not a problem for us.
The breakfast was also very tasty, albeit service was a bit inconsistent (the menu was provided on the first day but not on the second day and limited choice).
Overall, we had very good time and we would love to stay here again.

Cons: staff who speak Czech poorly (Russian speaking), even though it is a spa hotel, we were not advised to go to the Spa because it was very crowded. If we want to go to the private spa, we have to pay an extra 100 euros! That is impossible! 🙈

The hotel is amazing and right in a centre of the old town. I will be booking this hotel on a regular basis and would recommend it to anyone else who wants to visit this amazing little town

VVieraskäyttäjäWe loved this hotel. The rooms were large with plenty of storage and very comfortable beds. It was a short walk to the park and there were many restaurants nearby. There is a salt cave very close by that we also enjoyed. The spa is a little disorganized but the treatments were very good. I would definitely go back.

EEWGIt is excellent to have both breakfast and dinner included in the booking. The 1st night dinner is too salty and the second night dinner becomes normal taste and very good. There are variety of food in breakfast.

The hotel is situated in beautiful outskirts of karlovy Vary. 15 min drive to the city. The hotel looks like a palace with helping and friendly staffs. Spa area is also very clean and tidy
