早上十點多到了就直接入住了，還給升級了親子房，前台服務超級好，房間乾淨無味，榻榻米讓人很放鬆，洗澡水很棒，早餐豐富，最主要的是位置無敵好，周圍古城，哈薩爾大橋，餐廳超市都很近，去哪哪都很方便，還有接機服務，再來還住這裏

This was a really nice ”Grasslands culture” theme hotel. The decor was incredible, and it had a lot of extra stuff happening on the lobby level. There was a robe, and, while there seemed to be some miscommunication when I was trying to order the Mongolian breakfast in the morning, the meal itself was excellent.

Fantastic smart hotel - everything is voiced controlled -小度 is a wonderful bot - everything is new and spick & span. I love their free ice cream - such a nice touch and very welcomed on a hot summer day. Highly recommended!

這家店我住完了，我想不出來有什麼記憶點，説明他其實挺普通的，住完也記不住到底有什麼印象深的。很中規中矩的一家店。
廁所沒有乾濕分離，房間有個陽台但挺臟的，你不會想出去的那種。
停車的話停路邊，門口好像有個廣場，我看到有車在停，旺季停車位不足的時候，建議可以問問。
附近離那個購物中心到比較近，就是那個比較出名的步行街，除此之外就沒有什麼了。

Room is cleaned by housekeeping early! do not have to wait until 3pm! Breakfast is really good with large selection/variety from bread to noodles. Very professional and friendly staff, Good English.

可以説是全程最棒最棒的酒店了，除了餐食太貴沒有定之外其他服務都是💯
而且前台可以買到牙克石的冰箱貼都很可愛，包括酒店自己設計的IP周邊也超可愛。如果沒有訂他家早餐的話可以走到路口右轉有個早市，豆腐腦熱乎乎的加上糖油果子，才5塊錢也簡直太好吃了
到哈克崖山來回大概1個半小時，大家預留好時間哦不然趕不上日落啦

Провели в отеле 3 ночи с 11 по 14 декабря 2025 года на 17 этаже номер 1719.
1. Что понравилось: удобный матрас, хорошее и чистое постельное бельё, лёгкое одеяло, удобные подушки, есть дополнительные подушки с гречкой в шкафу. Отличный напор воды, наличие чистых полотенец, есть горячая и холодная вода, в номере тепло, есть телевизор, на русском языке 1 канал, маленький холодильник, чайник и 2 кружки, чай положили 1 раз. Заселились сразу по приезду, ранее указанного времени без проблем, депозит не брали, НО забрали паспорта. При отеле есть замечательная баня, 1 посещение которой входит в проживание. В ней можно купить услуги банщицы,, которая сделает массаж и отлично соскоблит эпидермис. В бане есть зона релаксации с разными комнатами: солевой, нифритовой, массажные кресла, зоной СПА.
2. Что не понравилось: убираются плохо, в номере ковровое покрытие и его не пылесосят, под кроватью гора мусора, мусор выносят по звонку, воду не пополняют, в нашем номере вода из душевой кабинки подтекала к унитаз у и там стояла, так как уходить ей было некуда, в туалет мы ходили только в резиновых тапках. В плательном шкафу на верхней полке большой слой пыли. Телефон не работал, просить вынести мусор приходилось по телефону в коридоре, он был удалён от номера. Это ужасно!!! По звонку воду собрали, но там нужен ремонт. Зачем предлагать такой номер с проблемой за предоплату, если можно купить на месте дешевле, за 100 юаней на месте!!!
Общее впечатление от отеля удовлетворительное, но владельцу отеля и менеджерам Трипкоме нужно сделать выводы!!! Зачем продавать номер с неиспраностями?!

RRuan Ming Jun (The Good King)Staying at Xilamuren Grassland Tourism Resort was one of the most heartwarming and memorable parts of my journey in Inner Mongolia.
The accommodations were clean, cozy, and perfect for the grassland atmosphere. I truly appreciated the attention to detail in every service – from check-in to meals and daily activities. The resort provided everything I needed for a comfortable and immersive experience.
But what made this place stand out most was the hospitality of the host. The owner was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt at home – and that’s something you don’t find everywhere.
If you're looking for a genuine local experience, with both comfort and connection, I highly recommend this resort.
5/5 for service, accommodation, food, and especially the amazing host.

VVieraskäyttäjäThis place far exceeded my expectations! I booked a regular room with a queen bed for me and my little one and was upgraded to a yurt with 2 queen beds for free! I LOVED the yurt experience. There is a stargazing window which was amazing. The place was clean (but it is a wet shower meaning the entire bathroom gets wet when you shower). I think most yurts and even hotel rooms have these types of bathrooms in inner mongolia. The girl at the front desk provided extra of everything when asked. She helped me booked activities (we watched a horse and a wedding performance, and we also did horseback riding). They have 2 cute lambs on the properties. The restaurant is in a separate large yurt - I found the food to be a bit pricey. Breakfast was included in our price and it had a variety of local food we got to try. They were also so flexible with when we wanted to eat it which was very kind because I had a little one with me. Everything else was honestly wonderful. We got to borrow their Mongolian costumes and wore it to one of the performances. People kept asking me where I got the costume was. There’s a swing on the property where you can sit to stargaze at night. The inside of the yurt is pretty chilly at night because it’s cold at night outside but with the thick duvet, it felt sooo comfortable. During the day it’s quite warm. The bonfire performance that’s included in the price is actually located 10 mins away and ended at 9pm so don’t go later than 8:30pm if you want to watch it. Overall, this was an incredible experience and we would definitely come back to stay here again!

PPaucassoI am a young Englishman on a 20 day solo self-drive road trip across northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. After my stay in Hulun Buir, I decided to drive down to Arxan for 2 nights exploring. I booked this stay based off of the other foreign guests' positive experience.
I arrived in the town late in the evening. The boss was waiting for me and was attentive and welcoming from the start.
The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the temperature was just right. Everything is provided and replaced when needed.
After hiking in the national park, I came back to the boss and his extended family making CNY preparations. Then I was invited to drink Chinese tea (Dian Hong) at their tea table. I was then welcomed to eat with the family, drink beer and eat until I was full. I was welcomed not just as a guest of theirs, but as a family friend.
In mid-winter, Aershan/Arxan is a quiet and cold place. I came as part of a long journey taking my rented 4x4 Tank 300 through the snow and ice on routes apart of the Hulun Buir Snow and Ice Festival. My journey was peaceful, solemn and isolated. The hospitality and warm welcome was exactly what I needed after my long drive alone and it is a memory I will take home to the UK with me.
I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially if you are travelling solo across this wilderness.
Thank you brother. I look forward to returning in the near future with my partner, and when my mandarin is better.

JJacki4Few of the amenities listed on the listing page are available. Maybe they were at some point in the past long ago, but this hotel is far from in its prime.
There is no sauna. The ”bath center” where this was has been converted into a commercial spa for a business unrelated to the hotel.
There is no night club.
There is no ”gym” as shown in one of the pictures. I believe a lot of the pictures shown on the listing page are years if not decades old.
There is no ”boutique”. There is one tiny convenience store on the first floor.
The hotel has a restaurant on the second floor. I only used it for the free breakfast which was good.
The hotel largely focuses on catering to business events. They have meeting spaces and a big ornate looking meeting space. For normal travellers, this hotel is very bare bones.
Service was great. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The laundry is not self service. You need to pay per article of clothing for someone to take it.
The room itself lacked a minibar, functional air conditioning, or a functional safe. It was very spartan.
Would I come here again? Not for the listed price. Without any of the advertised amenities, I can't imagine this is much better than cheaper hotels in the area.

Since we didn't have a car, they gave us 2 bicycles to use. We rode into then mountains and into the town center. A lovely place to stay.

VVieraskäyttäjäroom was clean and spacious. No complaints here. Checking in and out worked smoothly. But 2 things I have to complain about:
1) I have no idea why some people say the breakfast is great. For me and my wife it was terrible. Possibly the worst breakfast I ever had. Yes, they have a lot to offer. But somehow they make everything taste cheap and ”weird”. I ended up eating some dry bread with jam, because I couldn't eat anything else. I suspect that they don't cook by themselves, but buy some cheap readymade food and sell it as ”fresh”. Also, the breakfast still looks exactly the same as the pictures from more than 6 months ago. No change at all
2) no option to clean the clothes is ridiculous. I have no problem to pay or wash by myself but both they didn't allow me to do. I never saw this before.
All in all it's not bad. If you don't care about the breakfast and don't want to wash your clothes, this hotel might be for you. The rooms are good and the service also very nice (apart from ”you can guess” the breakfast staff)

Ssamfunny_1102出發前不確定一個露營民宿靠不靠譜衹訂了一晚，到的時候天已經完全黑了，阿爾山剛下了雪恁厚，前台小姑娘怕我們的車開到三角屋門口趴窩，冒着大風開電瓶車載我們去房間，還幫我們搬行李，心裏暖暖的。更沒想到的是攜程顧客還提供早餐，我們倆人每天四個雞蛋，兩袋牛奶，四份小菜，還有粥，包子，燒賣，麪包換着吃，每天早上坐在鹿鳴食嘢的餐廳後背曬着太陽吃着家常早飯，感覺阿爾山零下十度也不冷。房間設施都挺新的，毛巾浴巾睡袍都柔軟舒適，我最愛他家的被子，和門口的雪一樣厚，睡覺壓在身上很踏實又不重，總之真是物有所值。第二天早上還遇到了馬羣來吃草，我小狗狗也互動的很興奮了

LLBT2001Fancier than the typical yurt lodging with attractive fittings inside, a private bathroom with shower and a small outdoor sitting area with two chairs. The power was off from 11 pm to 7 am - not sure that’s always the case, it may have been because of heavy rain. It wasn’t a huge deal except you couldn’t flush the toilet because it’s a fancy electronic one. The free breakfast was plentiful and you can order from an extensive menu at other times of the day. It’s across the road from Shangdu Lake, which you can see from the elevated outdoor area outside the dining yurt. It’s about 50 minutes from the Yuanshangdu (Xanadu) historic site and a six-hour drive from Beijing. Not 5-star luxury but a nice place to stay if you want to experience the grasslands.
