It was really an amazing experience the food the front desk staff was really good it was an amazing experience for me and my family my child enjoy the play area for kids. He also loved the robot that brings you your delivery to the door of your room. The food at the morning breakfast was really amazing so many varieties the stuff also give you some options to satisfy your needs. It was really an amazing experience. I will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone

Special compliments to our stay here, me and my partner have fully enjoyed our 4d3n in Enshi and coming back to a very homely stay with very welcoming owners. As foreigners from Singapore , we initially planned for a rough itinerary and planned to stay in 大峡谷 for our last night. When we arrived, the owners were very welcoming and helped us to review our itineraries and modified it to make it more comfortable and non time consuming. Thankfully for her honest feedbacks and experiences, she also had very good driver recommendations to arrange our day trip journeys. Our stays in this Airbnb was so comfortable and we felt very welcoming that we even cancelled our 大峡谷 homestay so that we can enjoy another night here. Every night after our day trips, my partner and I will always spend about 1-2hrs at the living area with the owners drinking tea and chatting. We even bought a few of their local delicacies (tea, meat) back to our home country. Huge thumbs to this Airbnb for their welcoming attitude , honest recommendations and home cooked food.

This hotel is beautiful. Despite some negative reviews, I booked and was thrilled. Great service and just a beautiful hotel. Everything was great. Room was large and comfortable. Lobby was amazing. I can’t say anything more about it. One of the nicest I’ve been to many many 5 star hotels - this one is great

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. What really made my experience special was the excellent service. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. A big shout-out to the 11th-floor housekeeping team —they were incredibly thoughtful，paying attention to small details that made my stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

Tulin osallistumaan vuoden 2024 Jingzhou Marathonin ensimmäiseen pysähdyspaikkaan. Minun on sanottava, että hotellin kokoonpano on hyvälaatuinen. Uima-allas avattiin ajoissa kello 7 seuraavana aamuna, ja oikean tarjoilijan kanssa (en ehkä pidä sosiaalisesta mediasta) uimme hyvin ja nautimme tästä kirkkaasta vesialtaasta täysin omin voimin. Sisäänkirjautumisiltana annetut hedelmät ja Three Kingdoms -blind box olivat erittäin mielenkiintoisia. Yöpöydällä on monia oppaita ja mielenkiintoisia lukukirjoja. Voit tilata kuuluisat Huangjiatang-riisinuudelit noudettavaksi ja toimittaa ne huoneen ovelle, mikä on hyvä kokemus.

I stayed many times at this hotel as I frequently travel to Wuhan and it saddens me to say this hotel service is only worsen every time I stay there. It is the ONLY 5 stars hotel in China where no one assist you with your luggage when you arrive or go. No one greet you, you receive nothing from the management, no fruits at your room, really nothing is welcoming you to stay there even tough I always take the largest room. Breakfast (especially the famous Wuhan hot noodles) was not good in the first two days, don't know what happened that it changed after. no consistency no service really nothing special in the room. Starting next time I will stay at one of the Marriot hotels in the city.

First of all, Wangwang (0006) in the front desk was very nice, patient and helpful to me all the time. She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter. It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished.

I started my trip by booking the wrong hotel - same name but in a different city. The hotel graciously agreed to a full refund even though it was well beyond the refund period. I was grateful for that. When I arrived, the hotel was centrally located right across from the walking street full of shopping and good food. The staff at the hotel was polite, warm and well trained. I’d like to make special mention of Mr Peter (子延）from concierge services. Even though he was only a trainee at the hotel, he went above and beyond his duties to help me sort out my issues with my local deliveries.
