I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very strategic, close to major attractions and easily accessible. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job daily. Breakfast had a good variety of options and the food quality was impressive. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Hotel is clean, staff in very helpful. Not to sure if it is safe to walk to nearby shops. The breakfast is not what I would have expected.

Guests routinely praise the friendly staff and clean, comfortable accommodations—many felt safe and well looked‑after during their stay. On the flip side, a few guests noted some service inconsistencies (e.g., WiFi strength, breakfast variety) and minor maintenance issues such as dirty windows or worn hallway carpets. Overall: A strong choice for a premium stay in Douala—especially if you value modern comfort and strong service—just be aware of minor operational quirks.

Very clean and friendly service, sorry I didn’t take much pictures, but I can guarantee you that it’s a place to be. Since I love food I just took a pic of my breakfast 🥞 🥰
