Traslados à Basílica e visita noturna inclusa são os diferenciais!  A proximidade à Cidade do Romeiro e ao Caminho do Rosário tornam a hospedagem ainda mais proveitosa. Adorei a hospedagem e fiquei encantada com a organização dos locais para visitação e principalmente com a lindíssima Basílica.

The location was perfect for Blonco! I took an Uber to visit a few monuments, and it was such a fun experience. The breakfast was delicious, and they made fresh omelets just for me. The staff were super friendly and kind, which made my stay even better!

Hotel is alright for a night stay. The outside of the hotel and the lobby are beautiful, the restaurant also is quite nice and the breakfast was definetly thr highlight of it. But the rooms are too worn out, furniture looking old, bedsheets with some stains, towels too thin, shower water was very little. Staff was nice, but checkin took a long time for no apparent reason.

Hospedagem ideal para quem precisa de um local apenas para dormir e não pretende passar muito tempo no local. Estrutura enxuta, porém tudo novo e super limpo. Rouparia nova e cama confortável. Único inconveniente é que o estacionamento não é no local, fica a uns 150m. Pode ser um pouco perigoso para quem pretende sair de carro à noite e voltar tarde, uma vez que a rua fica bem vazia; assim como para aqueles que chegarão com muitas malas, pois não há local de parada rápida para embarque e desembarque.

If you need to eat in the restaurant of this hotel be prepared for expensive and not good quality food . It was really disappointing. I arrived with 3 luggage, no one to help . If you are traveling with luggage think twice before stay in this hotel .

The service was poor compared to other Novotels I stayed at and the amenities were quite poor. It was the first hotel that didn’t provide basic things like drinking water or tissues in the room, quite disappointing.

Um hotel simples indicado mais para trabalho, porém o café da manhã é muito bom, limpinho, organizado, atendimento humanizado, super educados. É um hotel sem luxo, o quarto q fiquei era bem pequeno e com cama de solteiro, qdo fiz a reserva apareceu uma foto de cama de casal, os travesseiros tbem achei bem alto e durinhos, acho q deveriam trocá-los. Tive acesso à camareira, muito gente boa e educada. No quarto q fiquei tbem tinha uma mesinha pra trabalho, só achei a cadeira um pouco baixa, mas coloquei um travesseiro na cadeira e ficou tudo certo, internet wi-fi de boa qualidade. No hotel tbem tem 2 opções de restaurante, cardápios limitados, atendimento bom, e tem opção de pizza pra quem gosta. Bom lugar pra pegar UBER, porém me disseram q nas redondezas é perigoso deve ter cuidado com celular.
