Ótima localização, quartos muito bons, porém infelizmente, serviço péssimo.
Filas enormes pra check-in e check out, atendentes nunca sabem de nada.. Check-in as 14h já é extremamente ruim, e ainda tivemos a experiencia de entrar na fila gigante da recepção pra realizar e quando chegamos na nossa vez, as 13:58, o atendente falou que não poderia fazer por que o horário era as 14h, que era pra esperarmos no fim da fila. Em resumo, fomos poder entrar realmente no quarto quase as 15h, no nosso caso, que estavamos nos hospedando pra um casamento as 16h, foi muito ruim.
Agora pra sair (check out), o tratamento foi bem diferente, a não ser pela fila que continuava gigante. Sem 1 minuto de tolerância sequer pra termos que sair.
Experiência ruim pra um hotel de luxo, com certeza buscaremos outro na próxima visita a cidade

Hotel com muito conforto, ótimo atendimento (especialmente do gerente Alex) e excelente localização. Único ponto negativo é que o restaurante Amadeus não funciona para o jantar desde o mês junho, atuando somente com café, almoço e room service.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe room was clean, showed wear in a number of areas. In particular, the bathroom faucet yielded minimal water. It was sufficient to take care of the basics but noticeably lacking in pressure. Beds were comfortable but after ordering a double bed they were actually two twins pushed together. The restaurant and the breakfast were very good. There is another option close by, nearly equivalent but at least 20% less cost.

VVieraskäyttäjäPra resumir, me trataram diferente, não deixaram eu receber visita mesmo pagando a taxa do hotel, não me passaram senha do Wi-Fi mesmo pedindo várias vezes, até desisti. Pedi comida em outro restaurante pelo iFood, eles esqueceram de mandar talher, pedi os talheres, eles não quiseram me dar ou ao menos alugar, tive que comer com a mão. Coberta do entregaram no dia seguinte, recebi um colega meu lá, e eles barraram na entrada. Enfim, me senti muito mal como pessoa! Me senti mal tratada mesmo, por puro suco do preconceito, sei lá se acharam que eu tinha cara de pobre ou o que aconteceu. Mas tudo bem! Nunca mais vou me hospedar nesse hotel, e quem eu puder aconselhar não ir eu aconselharei. Pessimos funcionários e pessimos seres humanos!

VVieraskäyttäjäHotel was fine but not amazing given the price point. It was the weird interaction at checkout that makes me concerned to recommend to anyone. I wanted to take a photo of the lobby and I was told that I was not allowed to. I have never ever experienced this at any of the hundreds of hotel I’ve stayed at nor did the Fasano Boa Vista or Fasano Punta del Este have similar policies.

The food at the restaurant is probably the best food in Lagoa Santa.
Location is right next to the lake, beautiful views.
The only issues we had: the sheets were not fitted, so you wake up sleeping on the mattress sometimes.
The bikes are easy to hire from the hotel too! 🚴

VVieraskäyttäjäMax Savassi is a great place to stay and I would really recommend it for anyone looking to stay in a popular neighborhood in Beaga. To me, the breakfast is the best part of the hotel. The rooms are nice as well, although there are few minor details here and there that I think could be improved to make the room that I had feel more luxurious / premium.

VVieraskäyttäjäJá fiquei outras vezes nesse hotel e, dessa vez não gostei da experiência. Como tem muita rotatividade, a qualidade está caindo. Os travesseiros estavam fedendo suor, as toalhas não estavam macias, o colchão já tinha perdido a mola e, tanto o vaso sanitário quanto a pia do banheiro estavam meio entupidos. Também não tinha controle de ar condicionado no quarto. Apesar disso, a equipe é muito gentil e prestativa. Infelizmente, mesmo com excelente localização e bom preço, não acho que justifica ficar hospedada lá novamente.

The staff are all friendly. The breakfast is reasonably good. Would strongly recommend business travellers to consider this hotel if destination is not very far away from this hotel.

EEnrique MiceliAmazing place, this hotel is really good. They have a restaurant there with good prices. Food quality was good and they have a shuttle service that is quiet convenient to move in town and to the bus station.

NNina around the worldWe had a great stay, the pool was excellent. Everything was clean and organized. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The location is quite easy to get to and to access other attractions in the city. There are bakeries and restaurants nearby.
