Huoneistot kohteessa Texas, Yhdysvallat

Esta vez no tuve suerte, me tocó una habitación que no tenía mi propio cajón de estacionamiento, aparte desgraciadamente los demás huéspedes no respetan tu lugar, desgraciadamente es porque en recepción les dicen que se puede. Estacionar donde gusten, no entiendo porque pedirte tipo de carro, modelo, marca, color y placas? Solicité un cambio de habitación que no quizo la chica de recepción, de la mañana fue muy grosera. Mi estadía fue por 2 noches, el último día que era mi salida durante la noche escuchaba ruidos raros pero pensé que era algún ruido de otra habitación al despertar encontré la bañera con agua sucia del drenaje, tapado. Tuve que ir a recepción, desgraciadamente estaba la misma persona, incrédula, le dije tome fotos y videos. Puede enviar a una recamarera, el santitatio también estaba tapado y sucio. Sin que yo lo hubiera usado. Pensaron que había sido yo por mal uso de las instalaciones. Les comenté que su que limpiar eso, yo no pensaba usar ese baño, y bañarme en ese lugar. Intentaron pasarme a la habitación contigua, se dieron cuenta que era algo general. La otra habitación presentaba el mismo problema. Lo único bueno. Es que mínimo me ofrecieron otra habitación, la cual fueron a verificar que estuviera en buenas condiciones , ya se había realizado la limpieza. Salí más tarde del check out. Pero no fue nada agradable esta estadía, no fue una buena experiencia como en otras ocasiones. El criterio y personal del hotel deberían de ser más empaticos e eficientes. Tener más cuidado como atienden a sus clientes. Uno está pagando por un servicio y mínimo es que su trato sea amable y no de forma despota o grosera. Gente que igual que nosotros son Mexicanos y por el hecho de vivir allá creen que son mejores a nosotros.

I like they have washing machine and dryer and it's very clean and the shower is so good. It's very spacious and the location is very convenient. The staffs are very nice.

Wet floor at check in. Room not fully ready. Notification of the in room washer not working after arrival. WiFi stopped working so they relocated me to another room but that door would not lock. Frustrating to experience.

First time trying this hotel / service hotel. check in was a bit messy as I didn’t know how to get to my room despite instructions on email. It was late and I was tired so that’s probably why. But the rooms are just wow. Stunning view, the room was absolutely at a very high luxury level. Great large sized bathroom / shower.  You know should invest in a better coffee machine, the room deserves better ;-)  but OK there is a Starbucks and Cafe next door. The location is top dollar and my experience was fantastic.  I will 100% book again.

This spot was hella dope ! def on my top 5 in atx.. i’ll be back fashoooo !! the views, the space, the rooms, and location!! ONLY CON.. the check in process is and was a MF !!!! sheeeesh .. felt like i was boarding a flight lol
