It's about a 15-minute walk from the station, but there's a bus stop nearby so it's easily accessible. The hotel was very clean. The shower was also fine. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Check-in was nice and easy. The hotel is located in a convenient location, but outside the Old Town so you save a little on price. I was able to get a bucket of ice each day. My only complaint was the mini-fridge. It was the size of a small microwave and crammed with over-priced items with no room left for a beer.

Location: it’s around 700m walk from a tram station, takes a while to get to city centre. There’s a bus station that is just next to the hotel for going to the airport. Room is okay spacious. Kettle and coffee etc, WiFi, hangers, TV provided. No hair dryer/ fridge. WiFi connection is quite weak tho. Hygiene is okay.

Miejsce w super lokalizacji dla jadących chodzić po górach. Wszystko co potrzeba jest blisko, dobra knajpa oraz sklep. Jedyny minus to budowa zaraz za budynkiem, ale Nam akurat nie przeszkadzała.

UUrszula ZiółkowskaA wonderful, cozy apartment in the very heart of Zakopane, a few steps from Krupówki and other attractions. It's very convenient both for hiking and skiing, as it is very easy to get from there to Tatra Mountains trails and ski lifts. Also, a very helpful lady at the main reception desk. I would gladly return to this place.

The old building with a high ceiling, modern furniture and amazing location in the middle of old Krakow were only for one night for us , but with unforgettable emotions. Voit kävellä luoteeseen puistojen läpi, pääaukiolle kymmenessä minuutissa tai kaakkoon juutalaiskortteliin.
Ainoa pieni ongelma on, että aamiainen oli ...... OK. Ei ihanaa. Muutaman päivän jälkeen lähdimme aina ulos aamiaiselle.
Kadun päässä on runsaasti vuokrattavia sähköskoottereita ja -pyöriä, joihin tarvitset sovelluksen.

JJtbagogoWe stayed three nights at the Venetian House Aparthotel. The location is superb. You exit the hotel straight onto the main square Rynek Glowney. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and couldn’t do enough to help. We stayed in room 18 which was approached by its own little balcony overlooking the restaurant downstairs. We didn’t use any of the facilities of the hotel, because we had day trips booked and we knew that we would have early starts on all the days. The room itself was clean, warm, furnished nicely, with comfortable beds and masses of pillows to choose from. It had a small kitchenette with a sink, hob, microwave and fridge. The bathroom was modern and the shower was hot and very powerful. A real treat at the end of a day after many, many steps around Krakow and surrounding areas. We loved our stay and we will definitely return.

VVieraskäyttäjäNice and brand new student residence opened several months ago, just across Hyatt Place where you can have discounted buffet breakfast (50 Zl- 12 euros,instead 85Zl)，close to AD Krakow Mariott and small open food court consisted of 5 kiosk restaurants. Walking distance to the street car station is 7 minutes , and ride to downtown around 10 minutes. Staff is extremely helpful ...will provide you with cooking utensils cause student cafeteria is closed during summer vacation. It's very clean inside.

The shopping center next door is great to hangout and to get food and other things.
Easy to check in eve without the “physical “ receptionist; parking lot opposite the road is near the hotel; hotel room is clean with everything needed, we appreciate the fresh Nespresso coffee in the morning. 😄
Travel with family, we found this hotel super convenient and comfortable, and we will definitely rebook it if we come back to Krakow next time.
We really enjoyed our trip.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe was a good selection of foods for breakfasts, the reception staff were pleasant, and there were good shopping facilities in the same building.
However, after checking in, we reported two problems in the bathroom. The waste plug in the wash hand basin did not stop the water running away, and the shower door would not stay closed. We were advised that the handy man did not work at weekends and it was suggested I use a cup for shaving as no other rooms were available.
The air conditioning was positioned above the bed. The result was an unpleasant cold breeze for anyone lying on the bed.
In the three days of our stay, the beds were not made by the cleaning staff.
