There was a cockroach, but in all kinda clean. Beside 7eleven, but walking time is around 10 mins. The contingent is not high class at all. You have a pool but no sun-beds.. The TV glitching for response, but good there is Netflix! And to find out WiFi password and login you can only in the auto message. So if you’ve got no internet, then you can’t reach to connect to WiFi.. Good thing they responded at night. Bad thing I couldn’t get login and password for good two days, only response after all with a screenshot that it was in auto message. So there is like two different people managing responses. One fast and good, another rude and slow. So left with mixed emotions after all. And! Don’t forget you will have charge for any small thing like if you don’t remove your shoes, if you didn’t switch off the ac and stuff. The check out is BEFORE 11am! Not 12pm. Be careful. Another thing, there is nothing beside. You will need a car or motorbike every time you wanna go somewhere. On the territory many securities which is really good! That’s like, if you okay with insects and low class surrounding - you will be good 👍 Also, there is nothing beside far two cafes, which I don’t recommend. The food was awful in the one that is left side. And on the right side there is ladyboys servicing. In general it was okay/good. Just was scared from the big cockroach 🙈

This is my 3rd time staying in Quest residences & i really love the place. It's very accessible & there's a lot of amenities sorrounding it. The staffs are also very friendly & warming with their guest. I will definitely stay here whenever Im on vacation.

We had a really pleasant stay at this place. The unit was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and it matched the listing description well. The amenities were a nice touch and made the stay more enjoyable. Meillä ei ollut ruokaa, mutta yleisesti ottaen meillä oli mukava oleskelu. Palvelu oli tehokas ja henkilöstö oli ystävällinen ja majoitus. Käyttötilat olivat puhtaat, mukavat ja hyvin ylläpidetyt, joten meidän oleskelu rentouttava. Se on hyvä hotelli kaikille, jotka etsivät yksinkertaista, sileää ja vaivatonta kokemusta.

Be Pods indeed is a good place to do leisure, work and recreational activities. Although it would be better if they change their circular chairs into monoblock chairs. We stayed here for a total of 8 days and surely will come back again. Wifi also is fast, room is spacious and very clean. Trusteed cleaning staff. Front desk lady is also very approachable and smiling.

We are a couple from Germany and this is our second time in Newtown. I have to say that a lot has improved, especially the beach. It has become beautiful – clean, more organized, and the staff, from the reception to the waiters at the beach, are very friendly. The Filipino hospitality really shines through, and we felt very comfortable. So far, we’ve stayed at Belmont, Savoy, and C Suite, and this place has been the best by far. Everything you need is provided – they even had salt. Very clean, nice TVs, and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent and fast. We wanted to extend our stay, but it was already too late. We sincerely thank you and are very satisfied. We’ll definitely come back and recommend you to others.

A lovely little place! It’s cosy and well equipped. The location is good, surrounded by eateries that accept credit card payments. The WiFi was fast and stable - stark contrast to our 5 day stay in Moalboal. The swimming facilities and fitness room looked great. It’s around 5 minutes from the airport, so ideal for those departing Cebu.

We had a great stay here. The condo entrance itself feels home already. My 3yo son had a good running time while waiting for our host (Ms Trixia) and the reception personnel is just so considerate. Able to check-in early as we arrived earlier. The room was clean & properly maintained. The best part is that we can cook. Water heater, microwave & complete kitchen utensils are provided. And just right at the window is a relaxing pool view. Location is considered great and safe (with security guards 24/7 on-duty) Ms Trixia informed that we can also use the pool, gym, sauna… we just had a god soak at the pool. Highly recommended and definitely we wanted to stay again here and would try the sauna. :). We even tried to extend our stay for 1 more day as we also have errands to do in Cebu but couldn’t avail because there’s an ongoing booking next to us. Even the late notice, Ms Trixia did not hesitate to assist us in finding another unit in the same condo and provided options. We appreciate that help Ms Trixia, you still responded our call even late at night. Thank you very much. Overall, we just loved & enjoyed our stay there. Host is friendly and helpful.
