W drodze do centrum Rzymu można za każdym razem przechodzić przez jedyny w swoim rodzaju Plac Św. Piotra. Obsługa bardzo miła, życzliwa i pomocna. Cały czas pod telefonem w razie potrzeby. Pokoi wyposażony w suszarkę, lodówkę i zamrażarkę. 2 rodzaje ręczników także dla każdego. Działająca klimatyzacja i czysty pokój. Możliwość sprzątania pokoju każdego dnia, ale także można zaznaczyć, aby nikt do pokoju nie wchodził, równocześnie dają możliwość wymiany ręczniki każdego dnia, które zostawiają pod drzwiami.

Staff was very helpful, breakfast buffet was cheap and good, place was clean but look a bit old, and definitely use the airport pick up and drop off service with them otherwise I will be troublesome to get there on your own, beach is 20 minute walk from there.

Apartment is 8-10min walk to train stations, but location is relatively good for food! Many restaurants around. Have a very nice gelato shop nearby :) We love that the apartment has both washing machine and dryer so we could wash our clothes. Have to buy or bring washing powder though. But there are mini marts around and can buy from hotel too. We love this place!

VVlad DavidoffInitially we were given the wrong room. After a long and persistent conversation, staff provided the reserved room, but only from the second day. They gave a discount in the form of not paying the city tax. Overall, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The view from the room with the terrace is wonderful, as if you were in Ancient Rome.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe staff at the hotel were very friendly polite and always happy to help with questions asked eg where to eat, how to get to the main attractions etc.
We found that the kettle in the room was leaking and when we came back from a walk they had already put a new one in the room.
The hotel is conveniently placed within walking distance of some of the attractions and close to all food and drinks places.
When we return to Rome we will certainly book this hotel again.

This is a suite with a functional kitchen, and you really can fix up a nice meal there. It’s very close to the mini market, and it’s convenient to catch the public transportation system. The bathroom is designed well as a true bathroom as the American standard. There are a bunch of ristorante with tasty food, and even providing Asian cuisine. Front desk lady is nice and willing to help. Hi, after you check in, REMEMBER the four digits code on the keycard pouch; that’s your access code to enter the big wood door. You have to expect for your safety, the front door should be always locked, and the front desk people are not robots and cannot be there all the time.

VVieraskäyttäjäI stayed there for four nights and the hotel staff are very kind and nice. They have laundry services as well (€2 for washing and €2 for drying). However, they knocked on our room door at 9:30am for two days. One day, they said that they would like to clean our room, but we were still sleeping, isn’t that too early?For the last morning, they knocked our door again and saying that they would like to fix something in the toilet, but we are checking out at 10:30, can’t they just wait for an hour? So if you are not an early bird or you won’t be leaving your hotel before 9:30 am, I don’t recommend you to stay here as they will wake you every morning.

LLéo YeWe stayed for two nights at this fabulous modern art museum and hotel. Its location is excellent, offering probably the best sunsets in Rome. The property features a fully equipped kitchen stocked daily with high-quality products—fresh milk, eggs, and meat—perfect for preparing a great breakfast / or a good lunch in our case.
Giorgio, the hotel manager, is exceptional—fashionable, kind, and attentive to every detail. His recommendations were always spot on, ensuring a delightful experience at any time of the day. Following his advice, we visited a magnificent orange garden with a spectacular view of Rome.

SShawty MI had to book a room last minute and thankfully found this gem! It’s ~10mins by foot from Termini.
It was really late at night already and the reception was already closed. The team assisted me step by step through phone and WhatsApp.
Very friendly and patient, i must say.
The building from the outside looks old but the interior had been modernized. The bed is very comfy, theres a cabinet for clothes, microwave, kettle , sink, plates, the bath was cosy (showergel, soap & lotion) and there’s even a coffee machine with capsules!
Highly recommend this accomodation!!
