The room was quite ordinary and simple, without anything particularly special or luxurious. However, it was clean and generally well maintained, which made the stay comfortable enough. The bed was fine, and the basic amenities provided were sufficient for our needs.
Housekeeping did a decent job, and overall cleanliness was acceptable throughout the stay. While the room design and facilities were fairly basic, it served its purpose well, especially for resting after a long day outside.
Overall, it was a reasonably comfortable stay. Nothing impressive, but nothing to complain about either. The cleanliness was the main positive point, and the room met our expectations for a standard stay.

Great location and comfortable room. A little dated but it was clean and a pleasant stay.
Staff were extremely friendly and polite.
Breakfast was ok, mostly continental with a few hot bits. Staff very attentive.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and always ready to provide advice and tips for our visit to Budapest.
We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture for New Year's Eve: a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in our room. Additionally, we were provided with tea bags every day, which was a lovely touch.
Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! We felt very comfortable and will definitely return.

Als einen Punktabzug nenne ich das Fehlen der Deckel für Kochtopf/Pfanne.

This was a great place to stay. Beautiful space, comfortable and clean. There is also a bus stop very close (3mins walk) so location was very convenient.

In really good location, nice stuff and 24/7 front disk , the room was clean dally. At morning it’s noisy and there is no soundproofing in the room but i will recommend it and i will book it again

Asunto on kaunis, tilava, uusi, siitä puuttui vain peruskeittiötarvikkeet.
Upea sijainti, nuorisoalue, josta löydät monia baareja ja ruokapaikkoja. Kävelimme aina ja oli helppo päästä paikkoihin, joihin halusimme.
Tyttö vastaanotossa kohteli meitä erittäin hyvin saapuessamme ja puhui kielellämme (espanja), jota kukaan ei tee tässä paikassa. Super suositeltava paikka!!

Very good stay. Very central location. High quality breakfast. At the lobby they have a free coffee &Tea stand .the Room where big ao it's suitable if you come with children or just prefer more space. The rooms are new and clean, same for all the facility was clean and well maintained. To summit it up it was above my expectations. Will definitely visit again.

BBamBam wowoweeWe had a really nice stay — it truly felt like home! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was kind and responsive, which made the experience even better.
One small suggestion though: it would be great to include a short video or clip with the instructions (like check-in steps or how to use certain appliances). It would make it easier to follow rather than reading through a long list of directions. Overall, a warm and pleasant stay that we’d definitely recommend!

The check in and out process was difficult because the instructions were contradictory, some instructions indicated the use of app and virtual key and other through real key and case. The check out is too early. 10:00h. 12:00h is the usual time for checkout.

The check-in process might be a little confusing for first-time travellers in Budapest—especially if you arrive after dark—so I highly recommend checking in during daylight hours. That said, Sandor is very responsive and available online to guide you if needed.
The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As a Muslim traveller, it was such a gem to find a halal Turkish eatery nearby—huge bonus!
The location is also fantastic—just a short walk from Astoria M station. It felt safe, even at 3:00am when I was out waiting for the 100E airport bus. Lots of people around, and the area is lively but not overwhelming.

DDr. NourI stayed at King Apartment in Budapest and had a mixed experience. The location was convenient, but the apartment itself felt quite old and in need of renovation. The furniture and fixtures were dated, and the overall condition didn’t match the photos or expectations. The air conditioning was just average—barely enough during the warmer days. I initially raised my concerns with the host, and they mentioned possibly finding me another unit, but unfortunately, I never heard back from them. Communication could definitely be improved. With some updates and better follow-through, this place could offer a much more comfortable stay.
