Generously proportioned with 3 double bedrooms (one of which can be converted to a twin prior to arrival) and a kitchen that is big enough and well equipped enough to cook a meal for 6 people, it has plenty of living space. The icing on the cake is the private 'sun trap' garden with comfortable furniture.Although the apartment is located on the 1st and 2nd floors, it is suitable for children with parental care. The door to the garden is fitted with a retractable safety gate and 2 other mobile safety gates are available for you to use. A travel cot and a high chair are available upon request.All bedrooms have hair dryers, fans and hanging space for clothes. Two of the rooms have work spaces, one has a desk and the other a dressing table. WiFi is from fibre internet and distributed via a 'mesh router' for great speeds and connection quality. There is a set of straighteners, an iron & board, books & games and the TV has the ability to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime and BBC iPlayer.The layout has the living room, kitchen, shower room and one of the double bedrooms on the 1st floor of the building, with the other two bedrooms (double and twin/king upstairs on the 2nd floor.
