Forenom Aparthotel is a good place to stay for students. I would like to say that overall it was good but the diagrammatic sound was bad. When people pass by the door we can actually clearly hear from inside. For this location, I would like to say that it can still be acceptable because I will take it as exercise 😂 as it needs to take a 10-20 mins walk from this place to railway station. Other than this, we can also found some stain on the bedsheet.Hopefully this can be improved next time.

Rakenne muutaman kilometrin päässä Helsingistä, helposti saavutettavissa Bolt-palveluilla jne. Hyvin järjestetyt ja hyvin siivotut huoneet. Ainoa negatiivinen huomautus on lähtöselvityspalvelu, meille ei annettu sisääntulokoodia ja rakenteeseen oli vaikea päästä sisään. Vain Trip.comin ystävällisyyden ja ammattitaidon ansiosta onnistuimme ratkaisemaan ongelman puhumalla kielellämme erittäin hyvän miehen kanssa.

Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing. I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip. Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest. Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion. Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity. In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you

Uuni, astianpesukone, kaikenlaiset kattilat ja pannut! Kaikki mitä voit ajatella on valmis! Teollisuus tarjoaa myös sen! ! USB-latauspää! Polaroid! ! ! ! Kaikki on niin kaunista 😊 Matkustaminen on myös erittäin kätevää~~ Ota bussi nro 4 Helsingin päärautatieasemalta ja jää pois Kauppiaankadulta. Periaatteessa kyltti näkyy kun katsot ylös. Sinun ei tarvitse huolehtia matkatavaroiden raahaamisesta majoituksellesi pitkäksi aikaa! Hyvin lähellä! ! Alakerrassa on myös supermarket josta voi ostaa aineksia~👍👍👍 Sisäänkirjautumista varten sinun tarvitsee vain rekisteröityä matkapuhelimellasi ~ saat sisäänkirjautumissalasanan ~ erittäin tehokkaasti ja nopeasti!

Don’t ever book this on Trip! If you want to stay here, book it on its official website instead because there is no front desk as you will receive a code for you to check in instead. I had to make a roaming international call to get my PIN code because Trip didn’t send it to me and it cost me €16 to make that call, not to mention the confusion and hassle. Management should also take blame for this and ensure that if the bookings are made through third party apps, that the customer properly gets the information required. The room itself was very clean and tidy and the location was great as well. There’s a nice Chinese restaurant called Nanking and some other nice bookstores, cat cafe, *** friendly bar etc in the neighbourhood.

Very clean, clear instructions for everything and nothing to complain

The flat is in the best location. Train station just in the corner and the shopping area as well. The minus one is the bed is small. No tea and coffee in the room as well but if you in budget trip I will recommended this. Train to airport is also easy bc Tekkurila is the hub.
