Vaikka huoneen koko on kohtuullinen, se on Shanghain keskustassa Mielestäni tämä laite on hämmästyttävä tähän hintaan. Pesukone, pesukone, mikroaaltouuni, iso jääkaappi Meillä on kaikki mitä tarvitset. Vieressä on myös japanilainen ravintola, ja lähikauppa on myös lähellä. Se on lähellä Hongqiaon lentokenttää ja asemaa. Minulla ei ole mitään sanottavaa. Haluaisin jäädä uudelleen ensi kerralla.

We were very happy with our stay at Riverdale Residence. The two-bedroom apartment was extremely comfortable for our family of five, as the unit was very spacious and well designed. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The apartment came fully equipped with a washer-cum-dryer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, and a complete set of cutlery, which made our stay very convenient. Both the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, and we appreciated having a bathtub. There was ample space to open our luggage, generous wardrobe space for hanging clothes, a full-length mirror in the living room, and a dedicated cabinet for storing shoes. The living and dining area was also very comfortable, with a four-seater dining table where we enjoyed meals that we ordered in. The location is convenient, with Xintiandi within walking distance—about a 10-minute walk if you don’t mind a short stroll. Most importantly, the service staff were exceptionally helpful and polite throughout our stay. We were very impressed by their service and hospitality. We would definitely book Riverdale Residence again if we return to Shanghai.

All staff are very helpful especially front desk ladies. They assigned me to a decent room and helped me to check out with luggage carrying. It is highly appreciated! Two buses just outside the hotel.

Rehellisesti sanottuna hinta-laatusuhteeltaan 🙊🙉🙈ei mitään sanottavaa mm, jos länsimaisessa mielessä siisteys ei ollut siellä, se on kuitenkin erittäin hyväksyttävää ⭐⭐⭐, täydellinen sijainti Shanghain löytämiseen sydämessä, mutta todella Shanghain sydämessä, toisella puolella lähtevä yauhan-puutarha päästäkseen Pound-näkymän loistoon! 🤩🤯🙏 Enemmän kuin hyvä palvelu, virheet kompensoivat palvelujen laadulla ja erittäin ystävällisellä henkilökunnalla, he ovat tarkkaavaisia, reagoivat nopeasti odotuksiin, mm puhumattakaan kiinaa vierailuni oli täydellinen! Huoneessa ilmastointi, lämmitys, saunat, wifi, jääkaappi, kaupunkinäköala... Suosittelen todella tätä hotellia, kivenheiton päässä Shanghain ihmeistä!! ... Pelkästään korttelia kävelemällä näet kaiken Shanghain ja Kiinan kauneuden ja vaurauden maalaismaisesta moderniin, halvasta ultraylellisyyteen, ruokaa, aktiviteetteja, muistomerkkiä todella 2 päivää vain kävellä korttelin päässä ja rauhallisesti nauttia oleskelustasi, metrolla paikan päällä vierailla muualla kaupungissa, ... Suosittelen 100%

Huoneiden sisustus on erittäin hyvä, mutta viereinen huone on remontissa ja mielestäni olisi parempi porata reikiä iltapäivällä tai aamulla, mikä häiritsee enemmän.

Hotellin aulaa ja ovikylttiä kunnostettiin saapuessani. On erittäin hankalaa kirjautua sisään ja syödä aamiaista. Kollegani suositteli sitä lähinnä sijainnin vuoksi, en tiedä onko hotelli vähän vanha, mutta viemäri on tukossa, seisoin ammeessa verho suljettuna, mutta kun tulin ulos kylpyhuone, se oli jo täynnä vettä. Vettä palautettiin koko kylpyhuoneeseen. Soitin vastaanottoon ja asia hoitui nopeasti. Hotellin perhehuoneen etuna on, että siinä on suuri tila, joten voit kierrellä ilman pelkoa törmäyksestä. Siellä on myös erityinen peilipöytä, jossa on monia kaappeja ja täydellisempiä tiloja. Olin huolissani siitä, että vuodesohva olisi epämukava, mutta se oli kunnossa. Monet ulkomaiset tv-ohjelmat ovat vierailla kielillä ja niissä on kiinalainen tekstitys, ja joissakin ei ole lainkaan kiinalaista tekstitystä. Mutta tämä ei ole tärkeää. Palveluhenkilökunnan asenne on melko hyvä.

A big thanks for the people on the front desk supporting us with our problems! We arrived quite late at night, smooth check in, got to our room and it absolutely stink of stale cigarette smoke. We are non smokers and had requested a smoke free room, and this is not what we received sadly. We went to the front desk and they were very apologetic, but could only move us tomorrow. We opened the window as much as possible and slept very very badly on an extremely hard bed The next day we moved to a new room which thankfully had both a mattress topper and did not smell! The hotel does provide water when you first arrive in the room as well as 1 laundry detergent, but we expected this from the reviews The washing machine was good! Note, if you want to dry your clothes, you do have to pay 10 rmb or so for the dryers in the ground floor! Not far from the station and shops, good for the price!

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and it’s easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Shanghai! The location is absolutely unbeatable for getting around the city—restaurants and convenience stores are all within walking distance, making daily trips and errands incredibly convenient. The housekeeping service is consistently excellent; my room is thoroughly cleaned every day and always kept neat and tidy. Even the front desk staff were warm, friendly, and extremely helpful during check-in, going out of their way to assist with my needs. It’s because of the outstanding service and perfect location that I keep coming back, and it never fails to meet my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai!

The rooms were very large and had everything we could’ve wanted, including a washing machine, stove, and full - size fridge. The location was about 45 minutes by metro to the centre of downtown or about 20 minutes by taxi (depending on traffic). It was slightly difficult to find but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is brand new.

From the moment I checked in, the staff were friendly and efficient. I was assisted immediately with no waiting time. Although the room with a bathtub was unavailable, they kindly offered complimentary breakfast, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained. Our room was spotless, the shower, mirrors, and bedding were all very clean, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned our room and made the beds every day, which I truly appreciated. The location is convenient and within walking distance of a mall. The hotel gym is suitable for cardio, and there is a larger gym nearby if you prefer weights. All staff, including housekeeping, were warm and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book here again when I return to Shanghai.
