整體來説，這家酒店屬於中規中矩的商務型住宿選擇。衞生狀況基本達標，房間打掃得還算乾淨，但細節處（如地毯、窗台）略有積塵；環境安靜，位置便利，周邊配套也還行。前台和客房服務態度禮貌，響應速度尚可，雖談不上特別熱情，但也能滿足基本需求。 設施方面略顯簡單——僅有中央空調，沒有加濕器或獨立暖氣，在河南冬季乾燥寒冷的天氣裏，體感會比較乾澀，建議自備保濕用品或小型加濕設備。如果對空氣濕度敏感，可能會覺得不太舒適。 綜合來看，這個價位能接受，適合短期過渡或預算有限的出行，但若追求更高品質的住宿體驗，可能需要考慮升級選項。

The room had very good view as it is situated on a high floor. Only issue was that tv doesn't have alot of movie options available. If you order food delivery, you will have to go downstairs to collect it manually

We had a 2 night layover to see the Shaolin Temple and for that occassion it was a good choice. The staff was helpful and nice and the Location near the Railway was also OK. It was really quiet in the room, we slept quite well. Only two things: there's No laundry room but a washing mashine in the room, but not enough hangers for drying. They brought some after we asked, so that's fine. And the bathroom could be cleaner.

賓館位置便利，地鐵站步行即到。前台服務熱情，入住高效。房間比想象中寬敞，整潔衞生，床品舒適。隔音效果不錯，夜間安靜。衞生間乾濕分離，熱水充足穩定。早餐品種豐富，尤其是現煮的麪檔。性價比很高，下次出差還會選擇這裏。推薦！

The hotel was super cute and definitely worth it. Loved that it was in the mall and the aunties were great with cleaning and restocking my room. Front desk was very friendly and had great communication skills. Definitely will rebook when I am in town again.

Though it's not too far from the high speed train station, the location is situated in a deserted area where there are not many shops around. There are some commercial buildings next to it but most are either on sale/rent or so there's an emptiness feeling in the air.

入住體驗超棒！房間乾淨整潔無異味，床品柔軟舒服，設施齊全且都能正常使用，衞生間乾濕分離很貼心。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住退房都超快，全程無卡頓。酒店位置也很便利，周邊交通、吃飯都方便，晚上特別安靜，睡得特別香。性價比拉滿，下次來還選這家！

Such a beautiful place to stay when u travel to this city. The whole building has so many restaurants in side. You do not have to going outside to eat. And Shipping . The stuff are so friendly and kind ! The only thing I would like to suggest is put the more sign inside the mall then will helping us to find the elevator entry to the hotel.
