Varasin tämän B&B:n, kun tulin Pekingiin perheeni kanssa. Huone on erittäin tilava, ja siinä on kaksi suurta sänkyä, mikä on erittäin kätevä perhematkalle. B&B on myös erittäin huomaavainen, sillä siivoushenkilökunta siivoaa huoneen ja täyttää päivittäiset tarpeet joka päivä. Mikä tärkeintä, sijainti on loistava! Hyvin lähellä Sanlitun ja metroasema, vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä, niin kätevä!

Size of room was great, really big & spacious! Cleanliness of room can be much improved, shower drainage was lousy. Furnishing in room was rather old & just a basic kitchen area with no cutlery, Washing machine works fine though luckily.

Overall, the stay was fine, but I don’t think it was really worth the price. The apartment itself was good — spacious, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was also decent. What I didn’t like: 1. Breakfasts were quite weak. They offered four options, and we tried them all — none were really good. For example, the sandwich was made with very poor-quality bread. The only thing we truly enjoyed were the fruits — not a lot of them, but always fresh and delicious. To be fair, the staff were kind and tried to help — for instance, one day I asked for a takeaway breakfast box, and although they said they normally don’t offer that, they still prepared one for me. We also asked for tea with breakfast (not included), and they made it for us. So the service was nice, but overall, the breakfast itself was disappointing. 2. The room was very cold. The floor was freezing, and the air conditioner didn’t work for heating. When I asked the staff, they said there was nothing they could do and that they didn’t have any heaters available. I found that quite strange — considering some reviews had already mentioned the same issue, it would make sense for the hotel to simply buy a few small heaters. 3. The shower door was installed incorrectly, leaving a large gap that let water leak out onto the bathroom floor every time we used it. The floor was constantly wet, and my wife even slipped once (fortunately without injury). 4. One of the power outlets might have damaged my charger. It was new and worked fine before, but after plugging it in the living room, it stopped working. The staff checked the outlets and said everything was fine. I can’t be 100% sure it was the hotel’s fault, so I’ll just mention it as a note. Overall, nice apartment and friendly staff, but for the price, I expected a bit more comfort — especially better heating and breakfast. All of these issues are quite small and easy to fix, and if they were addressed, I’d definitely say the hotel is worth the price.

Apartment's location is super near to Metro Jinsong Station (1 to 2 mins away by walk). Near to big supermarket - Jingkelong as well. Staff named Along is very helpful and tried his best to accommodate our needs. However, the room given to us not as per pictures during my booking. Kitchen amenities like plate, bowl, knife, fork & spoon, dish detergent and sponge were not available. As such, we have to buy ourselves. Built-in burner not working, luckily Along willingly lend one removable burner for us. Washing machine is good and it help us a lot.

Check-in was smooth and efficient, which we appreciated after a long journey. However, the room was uncomfortably warm due to the lack of proper air conditioning—only warm air circulated, with no option for cool air. While housekeeping emptied the bins daily, the bathtub was noticeably dusty and remained uncleaned throughout our stay. The in-room washing machine was another major issue. It was outdated and malfunctioned repeatedly. We attempted to do laundry at 10 PM, but the machine stopped twice due to errors. Despite two technician visits, the problem wasn’t resolved, and we had to manually complete the wash, finally getting to bed after 3 AM. The next day, the machine was replaced with a slightly newer model, but the inconvenience had already taken its toll. Throughout the ordeal, staff responses were limited to standard apologies, with no meaningful resolution or gesture to make up for the disruption. Overall, while the location and check-in process were satisfactory, the lack of maintenance and customer service left much to be desired.

I stayed at Stey Sanlitun recently, and it was such a wonderful experience! First off, my room was perfect. It was super stylish and impeccably clean, and the bed linen deserves a special mention—it was so soft and comfortable that I had one of the best sleeps I’ve had in ages. The design overall was superb, with thoughtful details that made the space feel both cozy and modern.  I also really appreciated the bathroom and shower—everything was well-designed, with great water pressure and consistent temperature, which made it such a pleasure to use after a long day.  The communal living room was another favorite part of my stay. It had a warm and inviting atmosphere, with comfortable seating, an excellent coffee station, and amazing contemporary art on the walls that added a unique charm to the space. It was a great spot to relax or connect with other guests.  ….   The location of Stey Sanlitun is also a huge plus—it’s right in the heart of everything. With fantastic restaurants, shopping, and places to explore nearby, it couldn’t be more convenient.   I also want to highlight the outstanding service. Fuci and Vivian from the team were so friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. They went above and beyond, providing not just great service but also helpful tips for finding some of Beijing’s hidden gems, which truly enriched my experience.   Overall, Stey Sanlitun is a stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed place to stay. Between the great location, the cozy room, the fantastic communal spaces, and the excellent service, I’m already looking forward to coming back!

This hotel is spotless clean and staffs are very helpful. I reached the hotel at 1 pm, but not only did they let me check in early, they even upgraded my room. They also helped to send a parcel via local courier as I do not own a local phone number. Breakfast is not widespread, but there's ample choice for a good meal. I'll definitely stay there again if there's a chance.

I stayed for 4 days at Yuan Se Hotel in Beijing and had a wonderful experience. The room was cozy and felt just like home, with a beautiful city view from the 27th floor. The location is great—surrounded by plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. What made the stay truly special was the host. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to help. Thanks to his support, I even got the chance to attend a traditional musical performance at his main hotel in the old quarter—an unforgettable experience. I'm truly grateful for his hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Beijing!

The room is spacious, clean, and convenient, with easy access in and out. After informing the staff, we were able to check out smoothly. The price is reasonable. The location is close to amenities and the subway station.

The apartment is good. Everything is so clean. The location is convenient. Subway is near. Recommend to everyone who has business trip in Beijing.
