Awesome place!
Everything is super clean, the color is warm and cozy, super big compare to a normal hotel, I also like the minimalists style, has lots of equipment in the kitchen.
I will say it is my best stay of all time! Last but not least, can't believe with it with the price, not very expensive, I really suggest it!

The location is honestly 10/10. It’s very safe. Don’t expect high quality food for the morning breakfast. Am not even sure they serve real eggs. The parking is right under the building. But it was very full I had to wait hours before getting a parking spot.

The space was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower had enough water pressure. The kitchen has a small fridge and stove with all the necessary utensils and plateware. It is located in a convenient area close to many food options as well as ice cream and donuts. Would stay here again.

酒店看上去是舊樓翻新活化的建築，在新城的市中心，門口對著市區的主路，對面平行的一條街有著非常多的餐廳可以選擇，步行到老城區也只需要20分鐘左右。
酒店有一扇不起眼的門口，需要自己用密碼打開，這間半自助式公寓式酒店配備著一家大小生活所需的所有基本用品（除了牙刷牙膏和拖鞋），有一間獨立房間和上下床的獨立空間可以住下一家四口👨👩👧👦，客廳和餐廳算是很大，內部設計簡約大方，選用的傢俱也精緻有品味，樓底很高，很有空間感。洗衣機和乾衣機俱備，甚至見到洗衣機內放好一粒洗衣球備用，廚具也是很豐富齊全。床褥很舒服，我和女兒很享受回酒店後的每一刻時光。我絕對推薦給要來魁北克的每一位朋友。

VVieraskäyttäjäThe hotel locates opposite to a small garden with quiet neighbourhood. Yet it's close to bus stops and eateries. The closest supermarket is 10 minutes walk away, while the Metro Station Peel is 30 minutes away by foot.
The room was spacious, equipped with sufficient kitchenettes, a sofa, dinning table with chairs, and washing machine.
However one should be reminded only to book the room with garden view. Otherwise you would has to pull the curtain down always in order to keep your privacy from the next building.
Please be aware that a reachable phone no. is necessary for registration online. No luggage storage before check in, nor after check out.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe room was ok, clean and modern. The window views were too close to the windows of neighboring buildings so we sadly had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants, parks and shops within walking distance, and a short uber ride from old Montreal. The biggest problem is a hidden fee, they inflate the tax value and call it ”VAT Tax” which ends up being around 3-4x the normal tax amount, and it turns out that was just how they hide a ”Property Fee” while making their rates look lower and more competitive during the booking process, I don't think it's legal to call something tax when it's not being passed to the government! They want to be listed like a hotel and with deceptively lower rates, when it seems they are an AirBNB and need to hide a cleaning fee as Tax.

CCozyExplorerWe stayed for two nights, and overall everything was good – clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was convenient. The room didn’t have a full kitchen (only a microwave), but there is a shared kitchen for guests on the ground floor, which makes up for it. There was no sink for washing dishes in the room, only a dishwasher. This is fine overall, but running it for a single cup isn’t really an option, especially since there was only a minimal amount of dishware. The bathroom also lacked a toilet brush. One small detail: the blanket was arranged a bit unusually, like a “sandwich” with sheets around it instead of a proper duvet cover. These are minor points, but they could be improved for future guests.

KKeithycatMe and my mom enjoyed our stay here. It took us a while to find this and also took a while before we got the code for the lock. You really need to have a Canada number (which my mom has thankfully) to contact them so maybe not for E-sim users like me.
The unit was very nice and cozy. Automatic lock with a passcode so very convenient. Also they have a washing. And drying machine which was very helpful. They also provided the laundry pods as well.
Aircon and heating was good and the water pressure was good too. Very close to a lot of restaurants as well. I really loved my stay here with my mom😊

99億少女的毒藥All self served, easy access, free car park, but room is noisy cos it’s only 2nd floor, felt like next to the road, lots of bus/car and wind noise, no facilities but easy reach to mall nearby, location is good only if you are arrived by car, very smelly oily cooking smell flooded in room, I believe from the ventilation system from downstairs or flats cooking in the same building, very bad smell and choking and makes us hard to sleep. Few towel with stains and bedsheet felt like unchanged. Other than the above, it’s spacious but a little bit over priced.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe loft was spacious. The design was contemporary and it matched the romantic and chill vibe of Quebec City. Public car park was nearby. The lightings, the furniture, beds were comfortable and clean. The amenities were adequate and new. We loved the loft so much!
Perfect location with most of the major attractions within walkable distance.
Room rate is not cheap but it was worth the price.
It would be perfect if detergent was also provided as there was washer and dryer.
This accomodation was highly recommended.
